Hello, I made a deposit into my account [protected]) on 01/10/2025 with my bank card, deposit was not recieved but was deducted from my account, I complain to customer support and the ask me to wait for 48h which I accepted, I made several different deposit which I recieved, after 48h I did not recieved so I went back to customer support and they ask for proof of payment which I sent but the said it's not enough, I had to go to my bank and ask for the full statement, I sent them the statement of the transaction and the rest I did after the failed transaction, it's almost 2 months now and my query is still showing inwork, what's the to review a simple transaction, if you can't send the money into my 1xbet account, send back to my bank please. The amount of profit I would have made with this money is unimaginable. Please I need my money back.
