I deposited ₹10,000 on 08/11/2025 through UPI (PhonePe).
The payment is successful in my bank.

Since that day, the funds have not been credited to my 1xBet account.
I have contacted support over 20 times via chat and email.
Every reply is a copy-paste message saying “forwarded to specialist.”
They also kept asking for account merging documents, which I provided.
The account was merged but my ₹10,000 is still not credited.
Support refuses to give a real update and keeps repeating the same scripted reply.
I am filing this complaint to get:
My deposit traced, and
My ₹10,000 credited to my account or refunded.
I have all proofs:
– Bank statement
– UPI transaction
– Screenshots of chats
– Emails from 1xBet
