I am a football fan. I recently became acquainted with different types of sports betting an interested to do that. I researched from friends and acquaintances about a good and reliable site with which I can deposit and withdraw from Iran easily. finally I selected 1xbet.com. and I deposited all of my annual savings. and then, after some bets and mix bets, my account was blocked and asked me for Id card and documents. after I sent them, I received a message: "Your account is under verification. Please, login to your account via PC in order to see the instructions."

then when I logged in with PC, just see this window with title "block appeal" and after 72 hours I did not received another answer. and also when I send every another email to security team always I will receive this same message:

"Your account is under verification at the moment, you should follow the instructions listed on the website."

after 48 hours an email I received that "You need to provide copies of personal identification documents. Please log in to My Account and upload the relevant photos."

after it after 72 hours asked me to send my deposit transactions by my e-wallet.

I sent all of every things that they wanted but then, I received a funny request:

"The review of your claim is suspended until we receive copies of the personal identification document (a notarized copy of your passport or national ID) and of documents confirming the deposit of funds into your account on our website. The documents must be sent by post to the following address: PO Box 856, Lviv, Ukraine, 79008"

they asked me that I send my documents from Iran (a sanctioned country) to Ukraine (a war-torn country!). all peoples know that we can't send any Postal package from Iran to European centuries because US sanctions.

It was so hard, it was very big trouble but I did it in any way I could.

but I didn't received any answer yet. Now it is more than a month later... I don't know what to do really... I'm confused.

I think 1xBet is Scam, because they used every trick to don't give me my 6100$ money.

I create my account by using One click registration from 1xbet website. I got my User id and password from website after successful registration.

I also made deposit but after that i was automatically log out. From then I can't log in with my given account id and password which was given by 1xbet.
