I'm unable to login to my 1xbet account due to 2 factor authentification not working and I have been sending countless emails however i'm getting no responses. Chat customer service is also unable to assist me to recover my account. I am beyond dissapointed with their level of service.

In recent i have done transaction of more than 10K every week . I have deposited money into my 1x account using. "paytm wallet new" option.
While trying to withdraw funds I figured out that there isn't any option of "paytm wallet new" in withdraw section.
I'm not able to withdraw using another method it is throwing error. Tried withdrawing with every other method.

My problem is I want to remove my google authentication so I called them then they told me to upload the registered documents so I upload it then I treid them they told me you have to raise a request to merge my contact no. With other account which I usually used then I have to wait for 1 hr so after 1 hr I called them they said you have to wait for 1 hr and yet no reply from them, after 24-30 hrs they said you have to wait for 1 hr (1-1) hr wot is this how much 1 hr they take. I have tried them a lot after 20-30 mins call was connected and after that no resolving of the issue and they disconnected the call, what is this behaviour of your customer support.
