I create my account by using One click registration from 1xbet website. I got my User id and password from website after successful registration.
I also made deposit but after that I was automatically log out. From then I can't log in with my given account id and password which was given by 1xbet.
To solve thus problem I mailed [protected]@1xbet-team.com and they asked for my NID card and selfie. I sent them. After that they aske some questions, I also answer them.
After all this security Department reply me "Your data is currently being verified. You will receive an answer shortly."
But it was 17-05-2022 mail. Till then the security Department ignoring me so that they cannot solve my problem also not replying me.
This was really painful for any customers. I also make my deposit which is now really costy for me and my family.

I have been using your website for 5 years and was not facing any issue until one month back when i received request to send documents to Securities Team for account verification.

I deposit money in my game account. Now I am unable to use that money. I contact customer care they tell me to contact the security mail of 1xbet now they want to assure that I am the owner of the account even though I am logging in from the same device as always. They ask for government id card photos, I provide them that then they mail me again to provide pan card photos I give them that also. Now suddenly they are asking me for my bank statement. I told them I use upi because I have not activated my internet banking and I cannot access the statements without it. I told them I can provide the information of the last transaction I made but they clearly refuse to activate my account or give me back my refund. This is not the first time I had to re activate my account but they never troubled me like this before. Either please provide the refund or unlock my account. I told them I did by mistake because this was not going anywhere. Then they said wait for reply from analyst and my money is gone from account. The thing here is I got proof since I did payment from google pay and you cannot do a charge back from google pay (common sense) anyhow if we leave that common sense I got proof of that transaction in my google pay of no flags were raised regarding that payment.
Update : They are asking my UPI ID to be shown as my bank account number in my bank statement which is not possible ! Is this is a new way to scam people out of money ?
