I am a football fan. I recently became acquainted with different types of sports betting an interested to do that. I researched from friends and acquaintances about a good and reliable site with which I can deposit and withdraw from Iran easily. finally I selected 1xbet.com. and I deposited all of my annual savings. and then, after some bets and mix bets, my account was blocked and asked me for Id card and documents. after I sent them, I received a message: "Your account is under verification. Please, login to your account via PC in order to see the instructions."

then when I logged in with PC, just see this window with title "block appeal" and after 72 hours I did not received another answer. and also when I send every another email to security team always I will receive this same message:

"Your account is under verification at the moment, you should follow the instructions listed on the website."

after 48 hours an email I received that "You need to provide copies of personal identification documents. Please log in to My Account and upload the relevant photos."

after it after 72 hours asked me to send my deposit transactions by my e-wallet.

I sent all of every things that they wanted but at the end now, I received a funny request:

"The review of your claim is suspended until we receive copies of the personal identification document (a notarized copy of your passport or national ID) and of documents confirming the deposit of funds into your account on our website. The documents must be sent by post to the following address: PO Box 856, Lviv, Ukraine, 79008"

they asked me that I send my documents from Iran (a sanctioned country) to Ukraine (a war-torn country!). all peoples know that we can't send any Postal package from Iran to European centuries because US sanctions.

1xBet is Scam, because they used every trick to don't give me my 6100$ money.

I made a deposit of 1000rs on26th of April 2022,through mobikwik fast but transaction got failed but money got deducted from my bank account.

And when I complained about it to costumer service they said money got successfully deposited into your gaming account but still after 2 days it is not reflected in my account.

And 1xbet notification saying that transaction is failed.

I had withdrawn amount of rupees 1500 from 1xbet account to my bank account. Amount was immediately deducted from my 1xbet account however it is not credited to my bank account.

When I checked with withdrawal status it is showing as approved but no money was credited to my bank account its been 3 days since I'm in touch with 1xbet customer support there is no response at all.

I wanted to file a case against 1xbet as I can see there are multiple consumers facing same issue this indicates 1xbet is fraud and looting money from people.

Please help me with the procedure on how to file a case and sue this company.

The security team has blocked my account for 4 days.

They do not answer me.

I have deposited 5 million and 500 thousand tomans in my account.

They do not return the money I deposited, they are really fraudsters.

They are just looking for an excuse to steal users' money.

They present themselves as a reputable site but are in fact a mafia thief.

They stole users' property.

If you are a complaint team on our behalf.

Please take my right from them and tell them that they have no right to block the deposited money belonging to the users in the account.

I have proof that my money is mine.

If they do not really accept this. Prove.

Prove that the money belongs to the site and I have earned money through illegal methods on the site.

If they can prove it, I do not want my money.

Otherwise they will return my money. ID.

I'm very disappointed and سوfrustrated I have been totally cheated in the worst possible and obvious way, it's a great shame for such a big and good company to treat your clients in a totally stupid way,

I have made a few footballs match bets on your Farsi version but there are a few things I would like to make a complaint about few matters of so many other obvious Cheating that's going on in there, Here are a few things that I have discovered myself and bitterly experienced them:

* In the Farsi version they use Farsi to number for each team to bet (( as the customer service )) explained it that the team on the right is the team 1 and the on the left is team 2 and anyway you read Farsi from right to left which is perfectly clear.

* But how about when they using both languages for one bet, one team is in English and the other team is in Farsi how would you know which team is 1 and which is team 2 which that happened most of the time if not always when I ask the customer support team they advise me to search on Google to find out and get my question answered how absolutely ridiculous help that could be ? in the middle of betting when you are running out of time and in hurry?

* And the other issue which is very frustrating and very upsetting is the teams keep changing on the live screen after you bet on your specific team let's say team 1 your team gets changed to number 2 in a matter of a second or vice versa no matter if your team that you paid for and bet on ( maybe that money was all I had ) wins which as we said we assume team 1 which the system changed my team to number 2, this is absolutely ridiculous and obvious cheating, if the website was fair and honest I could have gotten my rights that I have earned that coulf have been around around $250 but instead of receiving my rewards I have lost my rights and my money on 2 bets in one night, basically I have won my bet but cause they changed the system and team’s number got swiped with their unfair judgment I have lost my bet and my money where I was supposed to win.

• the last thing I need to mention is that I already have 200 bounce shows as my total money to spend but apparently, that's just for the show not to use it cause I'm not able to use my bounce. It's a big shame for such a big company Known worldwide to cheat in such a very stupid way, your company as I’ve searched on google and checked your reviews before that happened to me I believed how reliable your company is, that's how I have trusted you and also I have recommended you to my other friends too while I have started to bet on a first place. please check my attached photos for more understanding and as my evidence to prove my points which I hope to help you understand better and stop this very unfair miss treatment of better understanding also I'm really looking forward that hopefully could someone be kind enough to resolve my problems.

But it is completely wrong for the security team to block my account without prior notice and then not return the funds in the account. The only problem with this site is that they have to return the money to the account holder. Then block the account. I have charged my account in the hope that you are a reputable site. I want you to tell the 1xbet security team to fix this mistake forever so that users are not bothered. Give back the money that belongs to the account holder and if the money belongs to the site, deduct it from the account and return the rest of the money that belongs to the account holder. Thankful. Hello team , this is to inform you that these mentioned below withdrawal requests wasnt credited to my account and some of them got rejected by operator i dont know why and even that all money not credited to my bank account even not returned to my game id which is [protected].
