Sir, I deposit 1000 in my 1x bet app. But they didn't update my account balance. I connect with them and ask about my payment they said your amount is not received. I ask to payments bank they said amount transaction is successful. I have proper bank statement pdf and payment proof but they didn't respond for anything. I ask send your bank statement ,for this one also they didn't respond. They are asking 5 to 10 times send bank statement pdf and proof daily, but no response. Please resolve my complaint.

Hi sir/mdm, I was playing crash and has been a loyal customer to 1xbet contributing a lot to your earnings

I experienced several technical glitches over the past month and decided to screen record for evidence in case I decide to dispute.

Also there were 3 occasions where after placing my stake, it indicated as accepted, but a pop up error msg indicated the game is unavailable but my bet was accepted and i could do nothing but watch it crash and lose. I did not screen record those as it never happened before.

Today, 23 June, at 10:19, I clearly clicked cash out before the crash. Significantly earlier before the crash. However, it indicated as a loss. I contacted support by chat and email with video evidence and they had the atrocity to reply me saying that there were no technical issues. I’m not a sore loser but this is unfair practice.

This company has sent emails which have now been forwarded to the bank as they told me the withdrawal of my emergency funds which were deposited they are now asking me to deposit again and then stake (which doesn't guarantee a return) to be able to access my own funds.

They wont let me withdraw using gcash even if I used gcash for deposit.. They would tell me they have technical issues using gcash even if gcash has no problem. 1xbet is the biggest online betting site scammer. They will let you deposit but if you win they wont let you withdraw.

Hello my account 3 1 0 8 1 7 5 8 7 has been blocked for more than a year yet I complied with the demands by their security department including handing them ALL the requested documents which included photos of me holding my ID next to my face, but they kept on asking for the 3rd... 4th...5th time (lost count) to which I kept sending.
