Additionally, I strongly suspect a serious internal data leak, as scammers contacted me with exact knowledge of my private withdrawal complaint immediately after I emailed official 1xBet support.
Detailed Complaint
On 13 January, I contacted 1xBet official support regarding my withdrawal issues. Shortly after this email:
I was contacted by fraudsters impersonating 1xBet support via email and Telegram
These scammers had exact knowledge of my withdrawal issue, even before I shared any details externally
This clearly indicates that my private support communication was exposed
Later, my account was blocked, and I was informed verbally that it was due to “threatening or suicidal messages”.
I categorically deny this allegation.
I confirm that:
I have never sent any threatening or suicidal messages
I am a victim of impersonation and fraud
Any such messages were exchanged with scammers, not through any official 1xBet platform
