1xBet review: 1xbet partner program / agency onboarding system

My name is Hassan Nasri. I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding a serious issue I experienced during my attempt to become a 1xBet Bank-transfer/e-wallet agent through a Telegram retail group.
For context, I already work with 1xBet as a MobCash agent and as a Global Affiliate, which is why I trusted this onboarding process.

Detailed timeline (what happened)
I joined the Telegram group “1xBet Bank-transfer/e-wallet Retail team” (t.me/xbetretailteame) to start the onboarding process to become a Bank-transfer/e-wallet agent.

During the process, the admin @Hussin_1xRetaiI added @LudmiIa_1xRetail (Ludmila) to the group specifically to verify me. Ludmila verified me inside my official 1xBet account before I made any payments. Because this verification happened in my real 1xBet account, I believed the process was official and safe.

After the verification, I was instructed to make payments via Binance Pay, and I complied. I sent a total of $5,007 first (as requested during onboarding).

After I completed the $5,007 payments, I was then informed that I must add an additional $1,444 in order to receive/activate my access.

I told them I would send the $1,444 after 24 hours. The next morning, Ludmila contacted me privately (outside the Telegram group) and asked me to send the $1,444. Since Ludmila had been added to the official group by the admin and had verified me in my official 1xBet account, it felt normal to trust her private message and follow her instructions.

I then sent the additional $1,444 via Binance Pay to Binance ID: [protected] specifically to receive access.

After this final payment, Ludmila told me she is the senior manager and instructed me to leave the Telegram group (saying only the senior manager should remain). I followed her instructions.

After I sent the final payment and left the group, the communication became unprofessional/manipulative, and messages were removed/deleted. I still did not receive the promised access or any clear official onboarding completion or support.
