My name is Debby. I have been a resident of Ponderosa Pines since 2008. Needless to say I have seen my fair share of managers come and go. Currently we have a manager named Alicia. Recently I had a tree fall on my home. I contacted the office and immediately Alicia and the maintenance man Shane came up. Alicia addressed the situation and immediately went to work. I do not have the skill set or experience to have handled this. Alicia knew exactly what to do and did it. She arranged everything. She was efficient and spot on. I cannot thank her and her team enough. Kudos to Alicia and Shane. Thanks for all the help.
