We would like an itemized list of the damage to the trailer per we vacated the trailer on May 31, 2026. An email was sent to Kimberly Reynolds stating that we had officially vacated the property. That the key was in the trailer. Numerous times we had put in maintenance requests and most of the time the so-called head of maintenance would do nothing but close it out and ask for a review. There were several issues with the sewer system. There was always water or sewage running under the trailer, which was not our responsibility to maintain. Shortly upon moving in, a new dishwasher was installed before we occupied the trailer. Water from the dishwasher started flowing under the flooring, which created a bubble under the flooring. We put in a maintenance request and that issue was never fixed. Had my husband's ailing mother tripped on the floor it would have killed her. Another incident, the sink in the kitchen started leaking underneath in the cupboard, which we were told not to use the kitchen sink. Which we did not use, come to find out the pipe elbow under the sink was too short. That did get fixed. In September of 2025, we received an email stating that our lease was needed to be signed before the first of November. We went into the office to sign a new lease because the office manager had to take My husband's mother off of the lease because she passed away the end of May 2025. We signed the lease in front of Ms. Reynolds, which she provided us with a copy of. The sales and leasing associate kept calling and telling us that we didn't have a lease. When December came, we noticed the month to month charges. We asked about them and was told that we were on another year lease but yet the month to month charges continued. We felt like we kept getting screwed around with. My husband had verbally told Ms. Reynolds that we would not be there past the summer. Today, we received a list of charges to which we are disputing. Also, the electric was shut off the first of June. we physically shut the water valve off in said trailer. I would like a full itemization breakdown list of what damage was done to said trailer.
thank you,
Mrs. Misty Hamel
