Melinda at the office is very unprofessional. The other girls are nice but Melinda is rubbing off on them. I don't know if it's a power trip or what. They lie nothing gets fixed. I wouldn’t even give this place one star. They were awesome when we were looking and talking about all these great things . I was so excited to live here then we get into this trailer that’s a fixer upper and said they would paint the deck and fix doors WHICH our front door didn't even lock . Haven’t done so. YES! Communities - Deposit/Rent taken after moved out.

To whom it may concern I am writing this because we have reached our stressful points. We was with Dynamic Yes Community on Desoto area for 4 years plus at address 1111 Johns Drive(Site#1111), without missing not one payment nor late ones and all Mrs. Brenda the community manager can say was “either buy or leave” and not that we didn’t want to buy just that...
