I purchased a carton of benson & Hedges cigarettes from the website www.usa-cigarettes.com on 11/29/2016. They requested a Western Union money transfer. I sent 42.49 plus WU fee of 4.99 to XI Chen in China (MTCN # [protected] the WU Tracking #). The money was picked up in China the next day {11/30/2016).The website says that product will ship 1 to 2 days after receipt of the money. My order number on the site is #52915. I write this on 12/27/2016. The link on the site to 'Chat Live"does not work. I have sent them 7 messages but have not received a response. My order on their site says it's' pending'. I have found other complaints on the Internet about this very same web site, some losing 100's of dollars. I would like 1. My product or 2. My $ back 42.49 plus compensation. I request that their Web site be dismantled and removed. The physical address in China is :Chang Jiang Bei Lu 64# Hefei, China 230077. Phone # +[protected] ip address for www.usa-cigarettes.com is: Thank-you,
