I found usa-cigarettes through a google search. The carton prices are extremely attractive, less than half what one would pay in a discount store. I did a test and ordered 1 carton. They require Western Union payment which seemed odd and I don't remember having to declare I was 18 or older. On January 15, 2018 I received an order confirmation. on January 17, 2018 WU sent an update that the money was picked up. I have not received order number 137848 nor can I check up on the order as Phillip Morris has taken over the site usa-cigarettes.com.

I ordered through cigoutfitters.com for the first time based on all these positive reviews. They never shipped my product, I can't get in touch with them. This is BS ! I notified the dept of commerce, lost $112.
I was frauded by cigoutfitters.com. I was lured to the site by all these fake reviewers here. I purchased 4 cartons and selected priority shipping. I received an email stating my order would arrive in 3 days, and was given a usps tracking number. I never received my order. I checked the tracking number, and usps says there is no such tracking number. The tracking they gave me was fake. I tried emailing the company and no response. They do not answer their phones. I have been duped. Also tobaccocapital.com gives a 404 error, no website found. I checked WHOIS on both sites. Both tobaccocapital.com and cigoutfitters.com were acquired at the exact same time. The email address listed for cigoutfitters.com is the same address I used in google pay. But not surprising, that email address does not exist, and emails are returned. People, do not use google pay either, they are in on the scam. Also, godaddy.com states that cigoutfitters.com is parked for free. I found a website which states the income for cigoutfitters.com is 15 cents a day, not a valuable company. So everything they are taking in is going into this one person's pocket, from google pay. This is all easy information to find, I just wish I had found it sooner. But it's a pity we cannot trust websites which sell things, and its a pity we have to background check everything before we buy. I will be doing that from now on, and I learned some valuable lessons. The main lesson I learned is, DO NOT BELIEVE ONLINE REVIEWS AND REVIEWERS LIKE YOU SEE ON THIS SITE.
I have been going through cigoutfitters.com as well. My friends and family all use them and have never had any issues.
I also have been using Cigoutfitters.com to get my smokes. They have saved me a ton of money.

Notice the timeline? Right after tobacco capital disappeared, a new website appears january 18th, along with all of these good reviews for cigoutfitters.com. Funny how cigoutfitters has only been open for a week, but all these good reviews. I give them a month. Then poof, gone.

What I don't get, is why are these people here "promoting" their site? This is a complaint board, not a sellers board. By the way dude, cigmania skipped town, and ran off with everyone's money. I have been buying my cigarettes online at www.cigmania.com they are an american company and I have to say a great company. I have never had any issues with this company. I wont trust any other companies. I have been burnt by too many before. Cartons are cheap enough on Cig Mania.

I buy from cigroad.com as well they are a good company if you want to save money and buy cigarettes online. Cigarettes take on average 3 days to be delivered to me. They come with a tracking number. I have been ordering from them for a while now.
I only use one company for this exact reason and that company is cigroad.com they are a good american company. ship out of Kansas. You can pay by debit card too. Orders come with tracking as well.
out of business, stole alot of money. They changed their name to tobacco capital.com. They stole alot of money. They dissapeared also. Now they are operating under the name cigoutfitters.com. Do not use them, they will just steal your money. These are all fake reviews, this needs to stop. If you have been scammed by any of these companies, please file a report with the federal trade comission. do it online, its easy. They share information with state and local agencies. Their job is to try to keep people from being ripeed off.
sounds to me like you are just trying to bash this company. I live here in the United States and I can tell you that I have received every single order with dirtcheapsmokes.com my family uses them as well and they have also received everything they have ordered from this company. I wonder if you are a different cigarettes business trying to write fake reviews, if you did have an issue like this with them. Did you contact them they are really good with their customer service. Dirtcheapsmokes.com also refunds every order past 30 days, which I have received all of mine in just 3 days.

Dirtcheapsmokes.com will scam you the same way as usa-cigarettes.com. Don't go near them. I waited eight weeks for my order and never received it.
I am sorry that you got scammed, but this happened to me too. I then found dirtcheapsmokes.com. You cant pay by credit card or paypal but they have other payment options. My orders get to me within a few days. I live in New York.
