WoodSprings Suites review: Virginia Norfolk-Greenbrier location

I just completed a stay at this location from 11/5 and checked out this morning (11/13). The location was convenient, as well as being allowed to be able to bring my dogs, but I was not happy with the conditions of this hotel. The shower was not cleaned. It had dirt residue on the walls so I had to scrub it. One of the main issues was there was no hot water throughout the stay, so we had to take lukewarm to cold showers and/or washups in the sink. One day the water was turned off so I thought the problem would be fixed, but this made the situation worse and by then it was too late to find another place to stay. Most of the time there was nobody at the front desk if we needed something. I would like a refund.
