WoodSprings Suites review: No ac no tv

I called the front desk my second night at the hotel because the ac was out. I went up the next day Wednesday and there wasn’t a manager in the building. I went down Thursday I met the gm “max Taylor” and told him what was going on. He waved me out of the office. And I said okay I spent all day trying to get in touch with corporate. No luck. Friday nothing just on the phone with corporate no communication no nothing. Saturday he said he tried to move me. I was at work and why did it take 4 days to get me moved either way. Today. I went down just to see if someone would make the ac work and to ask about a possible refund since this is ridiculous. I was told “google the number and you don’t need my name” when in fact I do. The name he gave me obviously was fake but this is sad and ridiculous. I’m pregnant and very uncomfortable. And My basic needs aren’t even being met. Soooo
