I am writing to formally request a full refund for the £600 taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any advance notice of this charge, as the email you sent went directly to my spam folder. I was completely unaware that any payment was due, and I only discovered the transaction when I received an alert from my bank.
I contacted your support team immediately and explained how distressing this situation has been. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, I have not been offered any assistance or refund. I also opened a case with PayPal, which has now closed, leaving me with no resolution.
This unexpected withdrawal has had a significant impact on my mental health. I suffer from PTSD and other mental‑health conditions, and the stress of this situation has been severe enough that I needed to seek medical support from my doctor. This charge has also left me without the funds I need to manage essential living costs.
I am asking again for Wix to review this case with compassion and fairness. I did not knowingly authorise this payment, I did not receive proper notice, and the financial and emotional impact has been substantial.
If I cannot reach a resolution directly with you, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice and pursue this matter through the small claims court. I would prefer to resolve this amicably and quickly, and I hope Wix will reconsider my request for a full refund.
