In fact, I never waited more than 30 minutes, even when submitting support tickets at 3 or 4 in the morning on weekends. They've provided more than what I need.

It provides a lot of solutions and services that even I can figure out and find time to do. They have always been timely in responding to my questions! They offer so many useful 1-click scripts to install like wordpress, drupal, Joomla, phpbb, e-commerce. When I contacted support team, they told me all the steps how to host my website. Lots of features, very knowledgeable fast and friendly support and the price is reasonable. They answer super fast and they really help when i need.

My experience with Hostnamaste India hosting has been fantastic. I have been with their solutions not so long but I would like to say that I am very satisfied running my site with them. I have no outages and downtime. The setup was fast - I was transferring my test sites within minutes of receiving their instant welcome emails. I can say that they are very helpful in transferring files. They run specials and it is a great plus for them.

I recently had an experience with HostNamaste and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I opted for a 2GB KVM VPS and unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. The server was incredibly slow and to make matters worse, it was offline for several hours every day. I reached out to their support team for assistance, but it took them quite some time to respond and even when they did, they were unable to resolve the issue.

I was left with no choice but to request a refund, and to my surprise, they only offered me less than 50% of what I had paid for the entire year. This was a huge disappointment as I had expected better from them. It's important to be cautious when dealing with HostNamaste as they might rip you off and leave you with a useless service.

Overall, my experience with HostNamaste was not a good one and I would advise anyone looking for a reliable hosting service to look elsewhere.
