This website is not easy to use. It's hard to figure out how to do things and there aren't any tutorials to help you out. It's really annoying because you have to be on chat with them all the time until you get everything set up. It's especially frustrating when they tell you to go to WordPress through a web address and you can't figure out how to log in. You end up having to try it a bunch of different ways and then go back to chat and tell them it's not working. Then they give you another way to try and you're like, "Why didn't you just tell me that in the first place?"

I also noticed that there's a review on this site that's exactly the same as a review on another site. It seems fake to me. I'm not sure if all the positive reviews are real. It seems a little too good to be true, especially since I'm sitting here feeling really frustrated with my experience. This is my second site with them and I thought it would be easier this time around, but it's just as bad as the first time. The setup is really illogical and clumsy.
