In March of this year the Wix AI, talked me into maintaining a 300.00 month google ads account. It provided me with minimal result the first month and then nothing for the next 3 months. I formally cancelled the account last month, but because I failed to turn off the automatic billing, I was charged again for a service that was not being provided. So I basically paid them 900.00 for NOTHING and I am waiting 90-day for a 300.00 refund that should have never been charged.
Claimed loss: 900.00 in services not provided.
Desired outcome: 900.00 refunded or credited to my account to spend as I wish.

Wix charged my account on October 2nd for a payment that was due on October 19th. I cancelled the account on October 7th but they are refusing to refund me my $504.00. Worst customer service I have ever had to work with. I have turned over the account to my bank.
You have to got through you're card, report it as suspicious activity and let them issue you a new card. I did this and got ALL my money refunded, also on their first contact with you they with offer a partial refund by trying to make them think they are giving you a break. Don't back down and given them hell, you'll get all your money back. remember if you back down they may try to use your own typed words against you. Don't give the chance, this is business, they are a group of con-artist, and they know it.
