I ordered on SEPT.27 2019 two items wrist watch and watch repair tool for $39.93. The reason is so high on total amount I cancelled this order. I still have no notice from you and my credit company transacted. Please cancel this order and refund me.

I have a new Visa card and have tried to input the new number, but I keep getting a reply that there is something wrong with the new information. I cannot pay for the item in my basket.

On Sept. 18th I placed an order for stickers for a hydra flask. You debited my account for $7.38. I tried to email you and was unable to deliver the email after several tries.

I tried checking out but it's saying there is something wrong with my user account. This is becoming annoying, I placed and order for headphone and it went through but trying to place an order for a Samsung Galaxy phone the issue of something being wrong with my user account is coming up please fix it.

I ordered my first 2 necklaces with Wish in July and never received them so they gave me a refund and told me I can keep them when they arrived but they never did. So I ordered 3 more but this time they said that it was in the US but its October and they told me it was a delay. They been in US since August and I have yet to receive any of my items

Wish.com illegally saved credit card information (including 3 digit security code) without my permission. Also, they ship all items from China and I do not trust a shipper from China because of my bad experience with all the three orders in the past.

They're customer service is not very helpful; they got it set up so where I can only select my answer with the customer service on the wish site, and when I tried emailing them about a certain issue with an iPad I bought on their site, they didn't even answer my question which is frustrating the heck outta me! I need answers😡

Fraud. Product not reached but status delivered. Shocking . No helpline contact nos to reach.

I did not receive a few items that have ordered my shirt and phones I would like a refund I feel like I have been completely roped off so if something isn't done about it I will tell everyone that wish isn't very good or nice

I log into my account and when I go to checkout it keeps saying there's payment issue and I don't no why Iv tried using my card n Iv also tried PayPal it's very confusing it tells me to go to website but it's jus telling me to make a complaint can you please let me no what I can do to pay for my items thank you

I accidentally pressed 'confirm delivery' on an item I'm still waiting to receive. I had ordered a comforter set and when I got it the supposed to be a comforter/blanket and it was a sheet !, it's a SCAMM I contacted wish customer support for a return address label to my email address and they never sent it although they said and swear up and down that they did! I'm going to file a claims and disputes act!
