Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.
Before this, I received a message asking me to send my photo ID and photo of my debit card. I have sent it several times but did not receive any response.message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."
Please let me know what is going on with WISH.

    After reading many of the comments from Wish's customers I have to concluded that Wish is not a great company to deal with. I have been a good customer until about a month ago, I went to purchase one or two items only to get a message, "Something is wrong with your user account". I have tried several times to get in touch with customer service and received only useless information. I tried to use a different visa card, and change mode of payment and getting the same result. I'm frustrated and don't know who should I turn to.
    May be Wish is too big and does not care for its customer any more. This is the road for a down fall. A company cannot get too big that it cannot fail.

    I am also waiting for my account to get unfrozen... I have sent my picture id many times... no response don't know what is going on... please fix it... I have a lot waiting in my cart... getting close to loosing a good costumer [email protected]

    The last time I made a purchase was probably about 2 years ago but since then my debit card has expired. I have been wanting to make a purchase for about the past 3 weeks ago but obviously had to change my debit card details. so have gone through the process... settings, manage payments, deleted previous card details and entered new card details but keep getting a message... oops can't update details, please enter correct details... or words to that effect, but the details were correct. emailed wish my frustrations as I had tried about 4 times.. a message said I would get a reply in about 3 -5 days... it's been about 3 weeks now and still no reply. why have I not received a reply??? this is lingering on too long. why can't I change my debit card details... this us totally getting frustrating... grrr

    tried to order some silk flowers went to checkout my old debit card number came up. Tried to change for new card number have now been blocked. Tried to contact wish says must show id photo which i have not got cant contact customer services very upset as i have had lots of thngs from wish and these were wanted for a wedding

    Keep getting message there is something wrong with your user account. Please visit wish.com/resolve payment issues. I have done this several times but to no use. I have tried to delete and then the details again. I’m getting annoyed

    I intend to write direct to the ceo of wish = maybe the ceo does not care. but if he receives enough annoyed customer lettters then maybe he will realize that he has to improve wish.com

    At first, they gave the date on 24 April after that 19 May and now 3 June.What’s happened ?Where are my orders? When do I receive them?

    I am trying to place an order and I keep getting the message there is something wrong with your user account please visit www.wish.com/payment-issue. The problem started when I placed an order and the money was taken, I received a confirmation email and then a day later they told me there was a problem, to send a copy of my bank statement which is not happening. They then refunded the money from the orders and told me I could order again. I have tried to order again and they asked for new card information which I entered and got the message as stated. Please can we get this issue resolved as I would like the orders I have in my cart!

    I just bought some items, went back on to buy more and now it won't let me, keeps saying I have an issue with my account. N I guess it's asking for a picture of my driver's license? No thanks. I just used my card no problem. But now I can't ? What's wrong with this app

    Well I guess I got ripped off too, I ordered almost close to 300.00 for my families Christmas gifts, and I wanted a bracelet I liked and this pops up Oops, OOps OOps, like if my debit card was a fake, then why are they receiving my money from my bank for 300.00 before I tried to order the bracelet? They advertise 75cent for this and 75cent for that and then you dont win so they ask you how you want your money refunded, they need to refund me my 300.00 I am a depressed /anxiety person on meds, this company has caused me 2 panic attacks over this, what do I do wait until Christmas on my purchases or lay in bed all day from depression? They are fake con artists and we cant do anything to get our money back. They have embarrassed me in front of my family and made my Christmas sad, I even ordered Christmas lights and a projector for my family, I cant order anything else cause they took all my gifts.They wont let me go to see my orders, hell they wont let me back in . But I know what I ordered, I wrote everything down. I have a feeling We are going to hear more about this Wish company on tv I hope, ripping people off at Christmas shame on them

    Never shop at wish.com again! been a customer fro 2 years and these past few months I have gotten wrong items no one getting back to eb then my account was hacked! I signed into my account to check an order and make another request and complaint about 2 items. one was broken and one the wrong color. I logged in and then ny password I knew was right would not work and then I asked for help and then went to my email and created a new password and then I got in my account and it was gone! no orders, order hostory, no points, no saved items and it said I was a new customer. what the [censored] my account was hacked and al my personal info taken and my accopunt swiped! I sent an email to wish and they said it would take 3 days to get back to me! my account was hacked and 3 days. they got back to me and said this "olá debbie,

    I'm having same problem but they want a picture of my driving licence which is NOT going to happen I'm not that STUPID,
    I don't care if it is supposed to be a secure site, plus I don't drive anyway so therefore don't have a driving licence,
    I don't know what wish is playing at but they will be losing a LOT of customers & a lot of money,

    I signed up with an email and password but now the only way to sign in is with Google or Facebook (no"with email")

    How blatant can they be just wanting to mine our accounts for information!

    I cancelled an order but received no acknowlegment.

    Then I read all the feedback messages on here...

    They sent me a message saying that i need to send my email address and my bank statement in other for me to be able to get my wish account continue to shop online and ever since i have been trying to make a purchase i can't because I have been blocked by this message i can't do anything help me

    Yeah, I have the same problem. Been going back and forth with Wish since November 2018. They gave me Wish cash, however, I can never order and my bank will not give me my money back either, 496.00. So what the [censored] are we suppose to do can not order or get my money back. Who can help us?

    My account has been blocked to to buying stuff for grand kids it tells me to go here to resolve I have over 200 dollars of stuff to be refunded but money has not been refunded an my account has been closed why

    I created an account with my Facebook account to try and see if it works. They probably want us to use that so they mine it for info or something. They really push for the Facebook login. I’m testing a few cheap orders to see if it works. I’ll come back here and post again with what happens. Hope I’m able to help some of you folks out. Later.

    I sent them a bank statement but I blocked out my info on it and they cancelled all my orders. I guess they were trying to steal my info and didn’t like what I sent them. I called the bank and the bank approved all my orders but wish declined them, so there must be some sort of scam going on with them. Why can’t business just be conducted honestly anymore these days? There’s always somebody out there trying to pull a fast one on people. It IS based in China, though, so it kinda makes sense. [censored]ing China. Thanks Trump.

    This is happening with all of you because you all are sending fake refund requests...they detect multiple refund requests and then they block your account..
    Wish is filing lawsuits against people who they suspect are filing fake refund requests...so people please beware...

    @Aaravinish I’ve made 1 refund request. When the app made a purchase without my permission that I caught and canceled. They tried to refuse to give me back my money on a fraudulent purchase so I contacted my bank and told them that I did not make the purchase and they blocked Wish from LITERALLY stealing my money. That was in November, but they had zero problems with me making purchases in December and January. Now they won’t return my emails (in English at least -_-)

    I'm having exactly the same issues as the rest of you and it's really annoying. I've ordered from them before but on checking my account I now find that one item I ordered from 2017 has still not arrived due to ' delivery problems'. If I were you lot I'd just forget you ever found the site and cut your loses as I'm going to do .

    Try this:
    - Go to the Wish account
    - Change your current e-mail address to another one of you (e.g. [email protected])
    - Confirm the new e-mail
    - Close the Wish Account
    - Create a new Whish account on your PC or MAC without using the app, with your e-mail address
    - DO NOT USE THE APP, and you could make your order

    This works for me
