failure to deliver product on time, unhappy due to bad services
Dear Team,
I regret to Inform that am very unhappy with the LULU WEB STORE ONLIN E SERVICES.
I have done an online purchase and payment was done on the same time. And lulu has assured that product will be delivered on Saturday (01-06-2019)
After many follow up today they are informing that they cannot delivery by today and they are saying some stories for failure. And they can deliver after 4 working days.
Means this whole week will be the holiday due to HOLY Ramadan.
And please arrange to cancel and refund my amount within 24 hours. As they are saying 14 working days to get refund.

I have ordered a tv through lulu webstore in india and used my international credit card for payment after the confirmation from lulu webstore customer service team email. They have advised me that I can collect the product from lulu hyper market in kochi on saturday evening before 5pm. Not it's already monday finished and still they holding my order saying they haven't received the payment and have issue with it. According to my bank, the fund was transferred to lulu mall thrikkakara pos authorisation. It's been almost three days and I haven't received the product and such a terrible people sitting there in the customer services keep repeating the automated answers.
Very disappointed customer and will never go back or suggest this place.

I was delivered Lulu Thanjavur ponni rice -5kg (boiled rice) and i needed Raw rice.So I talked to customer service and asked for next day delivery and it was agreed.Next day the delivery boy says there is no raw rice and it will be refunded.I need mail regarding the cancellation of my product and refund.
If i call the customercare the lady has no idea.Shes been trying to find out about it from past two hours and i still there is no call back for the issue.
The money has been taken the product not delivered, need mail for the refund amount and reason for cancellation.
