I ordered some items from Wish in the past, but recently I noticed that someone charged my credit card. I contacted my bank and was told that Wish took money from my card. I contacted Wish and they promised to refund me. But they said that I have to return the product, but that was actually impossible, because I had ordered nothing. I received a tracking number and discovered that someone already received the product. I contacted Wish customer support again and they said that I won't be getting a refund. I tried to explain the situation once more, but they would not listen to me. So I filed a lawsuit. I want this scam company to be shut down!

I ordered a Duvet comforter set in March of 2021 .I had not received the order .Every week I went on their website to explain the order had not been sent . I was finally forced to say, Please just issue me a refund .They told me my refund time had passed. I said okay .No refund .Please just resend the order .It is still offered for sale on their website. Ive contacted Wish.com customer service center with my order number and proof of payment .They keep sending me emails saying We understand your frustration .But there is nothing we can do .I say, yes there is .Just send the order .All I get from them is emails asking .How are we doing looking for Praise .I keep emailing them "SEND the comforter", Send ANY comforter at this point .To this day they have kept my money and refuse a refund. Refuse a credit .All they have to do is send the darn item I paid for in full. This is the biggest SCAM company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with .SHAME on them .Ive spent hundreds of dollars with them .This is nuts and I believe very Illegal ! Id appreciate any help or input you may have .Thank you for listening .

Wish has promised to deliver my items on the 27 of July 2021. To date I have not received anything, it is hard to contact them, their automated system only gives you an option to ask what they want you to ask. I ordered items in April, it’s impossible for me to raise the refund..I can’t even get their delivery company contact number to follow, their tracking system just tells you the item in in SA. This is absolutely nonsense. I am reporting this fraud of a company.

Wish placed a HUGE order on my account on July 27th, 2021. I got a notification about an order and immediately opened my account to find there had been a $460 order placed. Within less than 5 minutes of the order being placed, I had already realized that their Customer Service phone number is a dead end, the “Customer Support” centre is just pre-fabricated questions and answers. You can NOT write your own questions. When you finally find the email, you get zero help there, either. It’s just copy and pasted return emails that make no sense and don’t answer any questions or give any assistance. It’s all a scam. They stall and stall and stall until your window closes and you’re no longer eligible to a) cancel the order or b) return the order for a refund. They avoid answering questions about returns until RIGHT BEFORE your time is up.

I am a single mother and Wish emptied my bank account. I mean emptied. Until the end of my overdraft limit. I had no idea until my bills started bouncing back, late fees, and overdraft fees.

I have been in contact with the “customer service” (joke) at LEAST once a day since July 27th. I saved all of our correspondence... but I’m at a loss. I have reported to any site I could find, FTC, BBB, my bank - I have absolutely no idea how to go about getting my money back.

I have nothing left. They took it all. I’ve had to cancel a dental surgery that was a necessity.

Wish took money from my bank account and I never ordered anything and it was large amounts of 161.88 and 181.26 which I could never afford to spend because I live on a small income, this is robbery without a gun and I want my money back that should have never been taken out of my bank period.I am 82 and feel helpless and dumbfounded that they can do this and then not even have a live person to talk to and try to resolve these problems. This is theft and I want to know why they can get away with this. If I stole from someone I would be prosecuted so how is wish.com allowed to steal from the public? They should be prosecuted

My message to Wish, which has not got a response yet!
On July 23 I ordered a New smartphone Huawei P40 Pro 12GB RAM+512GB from your site. It was supposed to cost me $119.

You guys have taken $721.60 out of my account. You owe me $602.60, and it ought to be returned immediately! I have launched a claim with my bank. This is very upsetting!
Please return my money immediately! I have dealt with you on several items, but this is the first time you betrayed my trust!

I tried looking into my account with you to resolve this, but you don't even show my purchase in my history file, or my shopping cart. The only evidence I have of the transaction is the fact that you took $721.60 out of my account, and a picture I took of my transaction. Considering I can find no evidence of my purchase online its clear that you intended to rob me!

Proof from my online bank account:

I was highly upset and felt completely betrayed by you. I can't believe that you'd do such a hideous thing! It is my hope that if this was some sort of mistake that you will express some dignity and return the money you took. Minus the amount for the cell phone if it will still arrive promptly.

I am assuming that the cell phone will still arrive at New Country Appliances on Aug 1st? If so all I'm asking is that you return the $602.60 that you wrongly took from my bank account over and above my purchase price of $119.00.

Wish is a scam I wouldn’t even shop them anymore it was 3:49am and a transaction wa s made I was sleep and they keep sayin it could have been an accident how is ur an accident I was sleep at that time and woke up and seen money gone from them I keep telling customer service they ain’t helping they just keep sending new helpers and I’m keep explaining over and over I showed the screenshots and all they refuse to give me my money back (don’t leave your card on your wish acc they will scam u) just like they did me

Same. Ordered an item but didn't get it. Seller said they would refund but didn't. Customer support dismissed me so I'm down €41.43.

I have since emailed wish and an waiting for their response. The costumer service agent in the app said that because it was outside the 30 day refund window, there was nothing they could do. How can you ask for a refund in an item that didn't arrive which would usually take over 30 days to arrive anyway.

i know the exact feeling. I ordered a bunch of stuff on my card and some of it did not even get to me of what I actually ordered. Then they scammed me some more by saying, and charging me extra money for some shoes I never even ordered! They then said that I had to return the items as proof (they had said i ordered 10 pairs of the same shoes!), yet how am I supposed to return them if I never actually even got them! What a thieving company, will never buy from them again EVER!

I have just experienced the exact same thing and they are trying to say the items were delivered yet no one, not even wish.com can locate the items. I am too filing a lawsuit against this sham of a company selling shoddy products. If anyone else has had this happen please contact me @ msnmiller0415 @ yahoo com

They steal in small quantities on large orders in hopes no one will notice. Well I noticed and Amex is to on the trail of these thieving ###.
