BatteryUpgrade.com Battery sent was wrong, twice. Result, give up, buy elsewhere

This company's service levels are unbelievably bad. After giving full specs for my Dyson v8 vacuum, they sent the wrong battery, twice. They were totally incompetent in the handling of my issues, did not escalate it as requested, nor followed any of the other suggestions to improve their crap service. The only thing they did well was refund the money I had paid them, again, twice. Maybe that is the only well functioning department at their company, because they get lots of practice.
Never buy from this company!

BatteryUpgrade.com Ordered (and paid) online for delivery by a certain time an not received

On february 7th I ordered (and paid by card) 2 batteries based on the shipping information, that the product will be delivered within 1 week when shipped from the Netherlands. When shipped from directly trom the depot in Hongkong the delivery time is generally 1 - 2 weeks. On february 25th I claimed the delay. The company answerd "... The speed of the shipment is mainly dependent on the speed of the customs and postal service. If your shipment has still not arrived after two more weeks, please contact us again."
Today (march 2nd), as I still have not received anything, I checked the net for informations on this company ( https://ch.trustpilot.com/review/www.batteryupgrade.com ) and realized, that other customers habe been conned in the same way. Conning customers seems to be the business model of this company ...

BatteryUpgrade.com My order never arrived

I regret I dealt with them. This company is a scam and I am absolutely sure about that.
They charged me before shipping my order. Which was never received, by the way. So many times I called them and there was no use.
I hope your company will shut down pretty soon. I'm an angry customer, but there are a lot of others, impatient ones. And once you treat them this way, they will devastate you and your shady business. I wish you to go through this.
I'm done with them.

BatteryUpgrade.com lithium ion battery for sennheiser noise-cancelling headphones

Substandard products! Delayed delivery! Terrible terrible terrible service! They promised a one year warranty for this item, took 10 days to even despatch it, and then it was a complete dud. Asked for a refund and reply-paid label according to uk consumer rights for faulty products. Battery upgrade quibbled for 4 days so having paid with visa, I opened a disputed purchase claim. Within an hour of receiving the details visa had actually credited me in full and are now chasing them for a "charge-back" of the amount.
They are still commenting on every single review of them I make (As many as I can find!) that "our helpdesk is doing everything possible to find a solution". This is a lie — the only solution I asked for was a refund.

BatteryUpgrade.com Stay away

Good evening. I need help with BatteryUpgrade. I can't reach anyone from customer service and they do not reply no matter how hard I try to contact them. I bought a battery from them in early January and did not receive it. It is already mid February and delivery takes longer than I expected. I wanted to ask them about my order status but as I already said - it's impossible to reach them. I'm surprised to see all these reviews, I had no idea they were so bad! I asked PayPal to get my money back and they promised to help. Stay away from this site!

1. On 01 August, company confirmed above item is available and it will take about a week to deliver to my UK address.

4. Complaint lodged but company is saying that I need to wait for up to three more weeks.

Ordered / paid for batteries . They were not delivered which in my opinion amounts to fraud.
I agree, this company should be shut down but also investigated for criminal activity / fraud

I had a very bad experience with this not serious company.
First of all the delivery took much more time than promised.
After that there were an unexpected custom fee to pay not clear the delivery comes out of Switzerland or from somewhere else.
Then the battery was broken after 2 weeks - I brought my Automower to a Husquarna Service Center and they confirmed, that the battery is from a very low quality and not authorized for Husquarna products even if it's written on the battery that is compatible with Husquarna products.
This company should be shut down by government or consumer protection organisation.

BatteryUpgrade.com Damaged battery

I have purchased and battery for my Samsung phone from www.batteryupgrade.com and it arrived in a timely manner but it did not work!
I checked the battery and found out it was damaged. I contacted customer service asking for an exchange but there was no reply. Waited for bout two weeks and finally asked for a refund but there was nothing but silence.
Seems like a scam! Don't order from this site! I hope I'll get some response from BatteryUpgrade.

BatteryUpgrade.com Don't do business with BatteryUpgrade

Ordered a battery about a month ago from BatteryUpgrade and received nothing yet. Recently I got a message from them stating that my order is no longer in stock. I'm glad that they decided to tell me about it but they did not offer me anything! No refund and no exchange! Asked them to cancel y order, but received no answer. Definitely not a trustworthy company!

Don’t buy from the website www.batteryupgrade.com. I have ordered two types of batteries from the company and after couple of weeks I haven’t received it. I emailed the seller, but this dishonest person fooled us. He provided the wrong email address and there was no way of how to contact him. My attempts were completely useless. I paid through PayPal, so I claimed for refund through them.

BatteryUpgrade.com The seller promised, but haven't provided order

I ordered battery for my phone from the website www.batteryupgrade.co.uk. 2 months later, the seller provided me wrong order. I contacted him and asked to change the order, and I heard only promises. After that I waited couple of weeks, but got nothing. I waited 4 months in total, but in result I didn’t get my ordered stuff and no refund as well. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

BatteryUpgrade.com I was only charged for my order, but got nothing from them

I bought battery and adapter from www.batteryupgrade.fr. I was charged immediately, but the seller didn’t provide any confirmation email or receipt. Also my order hasn’t been shipped and the online chat agent never replied to my emails. They scammed me and stole money from me. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

BatteryUpgrade.com Faulty Merchandise - Impossible Return Policy

Ordered product battery (BTC-HTA510XL) for my Virgin Mobile HTC Wildfire S mobile phone. Received the merchandise, but the battery casing replacement did not fit. Contacted the company, and was provided an RMA, and told to ship the merchandise back to the company. Attempted to ship from USPS, and Fedex. Both stated that there are new rules which do not allow lithium batteries to be returned via air. The company insisted that there's no such policy. I asked that they provide a return label, but they refused. I'm stuck with the merchandise with is not correct.

After waiting almost three weeks without receiving the item I order, I wish i would have read the reviews for battery upgrade.com before hand, i would have never conducted bussiness with them. I spent 24.00 us dollars which i will probably never see again, however I am in the process of letting the Office of the Attorney General take action to get this irresponsible merchants off the internet. The money is not important whats important is that this type of busisiness must be eliminated from all markets.

BatteryUpgrade.com They were very slow in dealing with the problem

Very bad experience, the battery they sent me was the wrong size even though it had the same product code as the original on the replacement. They were very slow in dealing with the problem, and they would not respond any faster than 1 email per day. It was not possible to call them to deal with the problem.

After waiting 14 days for the item to arrive (very slow) I wish to return the unsuitable battery. I have sent 5 emails (From 26th October) and one fax. Have had NO REPLY or contact. I cannot return without your notification. 14 day return agreement is now invalid. Not my fault. PLEASE CONTACT.

I ordered two batteries for my Macbook, I received 1 after 1 month (of lousy chinese quality). Now three months have passed, I haven't received my other battery, and when you complain by email (you can not reach them by phone) the answer is just hot air. All in all, this company has stolen 100$ from me and I'm pretty angry about that. Never buy crappy batteries from this site, buy the original batteries.

My apologies for not responding to your review sooner, I was unaware of it.
First of all our apologies that you did not receive your full order. The tracking information from your package shows that you did not pick up the battery at the post office, and therefore it was returned. As we did not yet receive the return shipment at our depot and you hadn't contacted us, we were unaware of this. I see that our helpdesk has now given you a refund for the missing battery. I am confident this has provided a suitable solution to your issue.

BatteryUpgrade.com Bad service, low quality for product (fake)

I will never recommend this website for anyone. It is not a scam site, only bad service, low quality for product (fake). I ordered a MacBook Pro battery from them, and after a week contacted them to see what's going on, as I haven't received any notification saying when it would be most probable to arrive. They responded that it will take around a month - a month and a half, as it was coming from Hong Kong. From that moment I regreted; because as soon as I opened the package(a month and a half was after all) the battery was deformed on a edge, and clearly a lowsy reproduction of an orginal one(slightly different color, texture - of course not the same quality of aluminium as on the Mac products-). In shorter words, I will definetly not recommend them, and will suggest to find battery somewhere else, even if the price is a bit more spicy.

As mentioned on our website all of our products are replacement batteries of the same or higher quality as the original. However, as a replacement item color or texture may vary slightly as with all third party accessories. Regardless, if the item you received was damaged you can of course always request a replacement from our helpdesk.
Normally orders are delivered to the US within one to two weeks. The delivery time you experienced was an exception, and we apologize sincerely for the inconvenience.
