Love what I purchased!
Quality of the product is nice and I look forward to wearing my purchase in my upcoming cold weather travels. Customer service was great when I reached out, very prompt and professional. Web site was easy to work with and ordering was easy enough. I do like the "shop" app for package tracking. That makes things really easy although customer service followed up to confirm shipping as well.
Very pleasant and nice experiance overall! I even ordered an additional item and I get that tomorrow.
Thanks
Candice K.
Pacas short, crew, and compression socks
I love, love, love, my paca's they are so comfy, soft, and warm. I've never had a better quality sock. I just put in another order! The shipping was fast. The order process was easy, and it wasn't hard to navigate around on the website. The store is great and the have a lot to offer. I'm pretty positive this will be the only sock I wear from now on! I really thought they'd be scratchy, boy was I wrong. So soft. Listen, I could go on for days, but I won't. However, I strongly recommend you invest the money and buy a set of these socks!
Disappointed!
First of all, it came, not to my door, but to the nearest post office. That is because I had to pay Canadian import tax. Almost $23.00! Then the sox fit well, and they are certainly warm. However, the elastic on the rib is too tight for my ankles and legs. I am thinking of carefully clipping the elastic on one pair, with small manicure scissors, but I am afraid to ruin the sox. What to do? Returning them is not an option, because I have to pay an additional cost for that? So I will risk one pair, and I will offer the others as Christmas gifts? Sad?
Pacas for Hubby!
Pacas offers all sorts of styles of socks and it's very easy to scroll through their website and make choices. I'm a Pacas buyer for myself and I realized my husband might find the wonderful socks agreeable for himself. So I chose the XL (his foot is size 12 and wide) because I believed the socks would stretch enough to get his foot into. Total success! He loves them. The lightweight wool is ideal and for someone who rarely wears socks year round because cotton socks don't stretch enough, now I am sure he'll enjoy his new comfortable foot coverings winter and summer!
Very much apppreciate new customer 40% off
Very much apppreciate new customer 40% off. However I'll see if Pacas quality is as described on your website as $16/sock vs $10.40/sock is VERY EXPENSIVE (ie "your normal retail price" vs 40% discounted price). Thanks for your generosity.
Customer feedback will be forthcoming upon item receipt. Finally, I REALLY would like to see sock selection W/O ANY solid color vs ALL prints which would help justify your $16/ sock normal retail price. I'd be more likely to purchase again if I could get ALL PRINTS, assuming quality is as claimed. Respectfully submitted Andrea Adams
Excited to order socks for my Mom who needs compression
Excited to order socks for my Mom who needs compression socks. I ordered 3 pair sm/med women's compression socks all black. I also ordered 6 pair small/med women's socks light weight crew all black, but the order stated charcoal/rosa but the socks pictured were all black. I want all black. I am hoping that I am getting all black. The dot that popped up was all black. I have Pacas socks myself and love them! My husband has them too and loves them but his got holes in them very quickly. At the time I notified Pacas of the issues but never heard back from them. Bottom line- very comfortable socks.
They seem like nice socks, but
Placing the order was easy. Delivery was slower than I expected but given the holiday that didn't surprise me. What did surprise me was that the socks are not actually even a majority alpaca wool. About 45% of the fabric is alpaca, the rest is various synthetics. This is not disclosed on the site anywhere obvious. And I hasten to point out that I am not a textile expert; it may not be possible to produce a useble product for a price people will pay if it is made entirely of wool. Since the socks just came out of their initial wash today (they were delivered 1/6/23) I haven't worn them. They seem soft enough, we'll see in the next day or so. If I can find this review I'll update it when I have worn them.

Pacas womens socks
On Dec. 2, 2024, I ordered two packs of three pairs of Pacas socks. One pack was to be solid black, the other was to include Alpaca Tribal, Navy and Alpaca Scene, and Navy and Rugby strip/gray. On Jan. 2, 2025, I received a packet that contained two packs of Pacas socks, none of which matched my order. The socks I received are in colors I would not ever...

I answered your 5-option question by submitting that the price was too high. In response, I got this text from you:
"Pacas: Got it! Here's 40% off your first order. Use code NEW40 at checkout. Shop now: https://pacas.attn.tv/l/-mV/dZTkA"
I tried to use the code but go the error message "NEW40 says "discount code isn't available to you"
I replied voicing my displeasure and asking why.
Your responses: "Pacas: Thanks for texting us! Please respond SERVICE for assistance" which I did.
Your response: "Your request has been forwarded to our support team. We'll get back to you as soon as possible during our business hours."
The next day, you responded: "Your request has been resolved. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to reach out."
NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. The NEW40 code still did not work.
I replied: "Absolutely nothing was resolved"
You sent the same auto-reply about texting SERVICE and "Your request has been forwarded to our support team. We'll get back to you as soon as possible during our business hours."
Nothing ever happened. I replied, "I STILL didn't get the "Here's 40% off your first order" Discount. Code doesn't work."
I got no further response. Terrible customer service. Try using real people instead of bots.
Wasn't obvious pricing was in USD Shipping over $100
1)I Wasn't obvious pricing was in USD
Shipping over $100 not free! (charged 12.00)
Order was over $100 before applying the 20% discount which brought it down to $94.
Charged US$ 12 for shipping( about CAD $15
PLUS $25 on delivery ($15 sales tax + $10 for handling). So shipping cost me $40! Knowing that,
I would never placed the order in the first place! The problem was the use of Canada Post. If Pacas wasn't so cheap and shipped Fedex, for example, there wouldn't have been an issue. I have many years' experience dealing with Fedex and have never had to pay extra tax and handling.
2) Short shipment
Order was missing a pair of hiking socks worth US$ 18.50.
3) Mot obvious how much Alpaca is present in 'Alpaca fibre'. Would like to know % of all materials that make up this very expensive product. The label says 'Made WITH Alpaca', which can mean anything, e.g. 0.1% Alpaca content?
If Pacas is proud of its product, why hide the composition of the material?
The socks do feel nice and soft, though. Part of my order was for a Christmas gift.
With conversion to CAD, and the $ 40 shipping charge, a pair of socks comes to more than CAD $26! This is an unreasonable price!

Great Shopping Experience with Helpful Customer Service at Pacas
So, I decided to contact Pacas customer service. It took a while to get through, but when I finally did, they were very helpful. They explained that sometimes there can be a delay between the payment being processed and the order being updated in their system. They also helped me figure out why my payment was higher than expected - turns out I had accidentally added an extra item to my cart.
Overall, I'm happy with my shopping experience at Pacas. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for. The only hiccup was the payment process, but the customer service team was able to help me sort it out. I would definitely shop here again.
Pacas.com Review: Inconsistent Colors and Unreliable Quality
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on Pacas.com. I mean, don't get me wrong, the website looks pretty slick and all, but when it comes down to actually ordering stuff, it's a whole different story.
First off, let me just say that I'm a nurse, and I take my socks pretty seriously. I need something that's gonna be comfortable, durable, and most importantly, the right color. So when I saw these gray socks on Pacas.com, I was pretty excited. But when I tapped on them to order, what did I get? Blue socks. Blue socks! What the heck, man?
So I went ahead and placed my order anyway, hoping that maybe it was just a glitch or something. But when the socks finally arrived at my home in Louisiana (I'm in Vermont now, by the way), they were still blue. Not exactly what I was looking for.
Now, I'm not one to give up easily, so I decided to give Pacas.com another shot. Maybe it was just a one-time thing, right? So I went back on the website and tried to re-order the gray socks. And you know what? Same thing happened. Blue socks.
Look, I'm sure Pacas.com has some good stuff on there. But if they can't even get the color of their socks right, how can I trust them to get anything else right? I've tried other name brands before, and while they're not perfect, at least they're consistent. Pacas.com, on the other hand, seems to be all over the place.
So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed. As a nurse, I need socks that I can rely on. And unfortunately, Pacas.com just doesn't seem to be able to deliver.
Top Quality and Comfort, But Some Customer Service Shortcomings
Hey there Pacas folks! I gotta say, I'm really diggin' the quality and comfort of your gear. It's top notch! That being said, I've had a couple hiccups in the past. One of 'em was eventually taken care of, but I'm still waitin' on the fix for the second one. I mean, when there's a problem that's takin' way too long to fix, some sorta compensation would be appreciated, right? Fingers crossed that the missing scarf and sock issue gets sorted pronto! Can't wait to sport my fresh Pacas gear again.
Pacas.com Review: Sock Selection Needs Improvement, Lacking Information and Reviews
So, I was shopping for some new socks on pacas.com and while I found a lot of cool options, I couldn't help but feel like I needed more info. I mean, how am I supposed to know if a sock has a padded bottom or not? And what about summer heat? Will they make my sweaty feet even worse or will they let them breathe? Plus, how tight are those compression socks gonna feel? I need specifics, people!
And don't get me started on the lack of reviews. I mean, I wanna know what other folks think of each type of sock. Have they held up well after washing? Do they squeeze your feet uncomfortably or are they just right? It's hard to know if you're making a smart purchase without someone else's opinion.
Oh, and speaking of purchasing, why can't I just buy one sock? Sometimes I just need a new left sock, ya know? Is that so much to ask?
All in all, I think pacas.com could use a little work on their sock game. But if you're willing to take some risks and try out some new socks blindly, this site might just have what you're looking for.
Disappointing Experience with Pacas: Only Received Half of Order, Poor Customer Service
I've been trying to get in touch with Pacas for a while now, and let me tell you, it's been a real struggle. I ordered six pairs of socks, spending over 60 bucks, and what do I get? Only three pairs. Not cool, Pacas. I mean, come on, it's been two months. I've been sending them emails left and right, but I guess they don't check their inbox too often. I even went to the "contact" page on their site, but nothing seems to work.
After my last email went unanswered, I decided enough was enough. I told them I was going to report them to the government's fraud unit. And you know what? I did. It's just not right that a company can take your money and not give you what you paid for. I'm definitely wary of ordering from Pacas again, and I hope other people won't have to go through what I did.
One thing I will say, though, is that the socks that I did get were pretty nice. They were low cut, just like I wanted, and they felt good on my feet. But unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the fact that I only got half of my order.
Overall, I really wouldn't recommend Pacas. Sure, their products might be decent, but if you don't get what you paid for, what's the point? My experience with them was frustrating and disappointing, and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with that.
Pacas Socks Review: Cool Designs, but Inconsistent Colors and Disappointing Experience
So, I checked out Pacas (pacas.com) to get some new socks. But man, was I disappointed. When I clicked on the grey socks, guess what showed up at my doorstep? Blue socks. What gives, Pacas? And now, I moved to Vermont from Louisiana and I'm trying to re-order some socks as a nurse. But I'm scared I'm gonna get another crazy color that isn't what I need. I've tried so many name brands but nothing is quite right for me.
But, I gotta give Pacas some credit. They've got a ton of cool socks to choose from. I think I saw some with tacos on them? Like, seriously? Who wouldn't want to wear tacos on their feet? But still, the inconsistent colors are a real bummer.
I guess what I'm saying is, Pacas, you've got some work to do. Get those colors right and you'll have a loyal customer in me. Until then, I'll be sifting through other sock options. Sigh.
Pacas.com: A Disappointing Experience - Missing Free Scarf and No Customer Service Response
So, I was browsing online and came across Pacas.com. They had a special offer where if you spent over $200 you got a free scarf. Cool, right? I decided to give them a try and placed my first order. Fast forward to now, I'm feeling pretty down about the experience. Why, you ask? Well, I never received that darn scarf!
I reached out to the company five times through email, and wouldn't you know it - never got a reply. That's a major no-no for me. It's kind of a bummer because I was ready to become a repeat customer, but now I'm not so sure. And you know what? There's no phone number to call customer service. What's up with that?
Unfortunately, I've already taken my business elsewhere and spent $400 at another retailer. It's really a shame because I was liking Pacas.com's selection. But I gotta say, buyer beware of this place. They may not follow through on their promises, and it's a pain to reach them if you need anything.
Pacas.com: A Terrible Experience for Mobile Users
Man, let me tell you, using Pacas.com on my phone was a real pain in the butt. It was like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. I couldn't for the life of me find where to put my freaking coupon code! And it took me forever to realize there were different colors available. I ended up accidentally stumbling upon the option to add a five-color package and delete the other. But even that was a headache.
Overall, shopping on this website was a TERRIBLE experience. I was tempted to just say "screw it" and forget the whole thing. And to top it off, I'm not even sure I got the best deal possible.
But hey, I eventually managed to order what I needed. So there's that.
Beware of Pacas: Terrible Quality, Slow Shipping & Nonexistent Customer Service
Wow, where do I even begin with Pacas? Let's just start off by saying that I would give them a big fat 0 if I could. I mean, have you taken a look at their website and noticed how every single review is a perfect 5-star? That alone should raise some red flags!
So, I placed an order with Pacas on 11/30/21, and boy was that a mistake. After waiting way longer than I should have, I finally received my order on day 20. Yes, you read that right, I waited 20 whole days! And if it wasn't for my constant complaining and emailing them, I would have probably never received my order.
As for the quality of their products, let's just say that I was not impressed. You can find much better socks elsewhere without going through the hassle of dealing with Pacas. And don't even get me started on their non-existent customer service. I sent multiple emails and received absolutely no response from them.
If you're looking for a reliable company with good quality products and great customer service, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I will never ever buy from Pacas again, and I hope you don't make the same mistake that I did. Trust me, it's not worth it.
Pacas.com: Cool Products, Terrible Customer Service
Pacas (pacas.com) is a website that sells pretty rad items, which is the main reason I bought from them once more. However, gosh darn it, their customer service ain't worth nothin'. I ain't never been able to contact them. I mean, they don't even have a phone number, just an email address that they don't bother to respond to. Last time I ordered, I didn't even get an email to confirm my purchase, so now I ain't got no clue where my order stands. I made that purchase around 14 days ago and they even charged my credit card right away. I already done sent two emails, but all I got was an automated reply telling me that they is "looking into it." Come on now, if something don't change, I ain't ordering from them no more.
Mixed Experience with Pacas.com Socks - Review and Hopes for Future Orders
Man, I gotta say, I'm back on Pacas.com for a reason - their socks are just too dang cool. But let me tell you, my last experience wasn't exactly smooth sailing. Back in November, I placed an order for two different 4-packs of socks. Come mid-December, I only got 3-packs because of some supply issue. Now, normally I'd give 'em a pass, supply and demand and all that jazz. But to make matters worse, the darn socks showed up after I'd already left for my trip to New Hampshire. Talk about bad timing.
Then, when I asked for a refund for the socks I never received, I noticed it was a couple bucks less than I expected. Now, don't get me wrong, $2 isn't gonna break the bank. But when it takes them four weeks to ship and then they can't even get the refund right, you start to wonder if it's worth the hassle.
Buuuuut, like I said before, these socks are just too cool to stay away from. So, against my better judgment, I'm taking another chance. Here's hoping the pack of llama-themed socks I ordered arrives on time and in perfect condition!
