We tried to sign up for the Webwatcher service to provide a service to monitor our childrens online activities. We contacted them via customer service and asked if the service would support a kindle. The agent confirmed that it did and we could buy the android service to support that device. We agreed to proceed forward and then found out that the service would NOT support Kindle at all. We then were told we could request a refund and would be given our money back. We requested this and then got a response back asking for more information. At this point we have gone back and forth with them 3 times and the last response was that they can't refund our money because we have installed the service on a viable device... :???? How could we install it on a device they do not support?

Furthermore, they have charged us for 2 licenses, which we did not need in the first place, and will not refund either of them.

We told them we would be happy if they could convert one of the licenses to a Iphone and then we would remain a client with them...but they will not agree to refund one of the licenses. We have reported them as a scam and are asking our bank to get our cc purchases back.
