Waste Management [WM] review: Worse customer service/ rudely over charge

Have been with them for several yrs for small family barn( not business). They have been constantly raising prices . I have tried to cancel my service and its impossible to talk to someone. They hide their phone number and there is no access to communicate with them through app/ customer portal.
WThey have never asked me to renew contract but they claim that i have to wait until october to cancel ( at the excessively high $400 a month plus all the fees they add.
They decided to stop service when i was late to pay over $1000 and And charged $70 to re star service. I want to stop, not re start!
They are maliciously over charging for everything. How can anyone afford to pay $800 a month for trash pickup.
I had negotiated a lower rate a few months ago and they never honored it. The people who work there are not to be trusted.
Dishonest and rude.
