Waste Management [WM] review: Want WM to provide services I pay for

A few months ago the corporate monster Waste Management bought out my local garbage/recycle company in rural northern Arizona. Since then WM has jacked up their prices and they regularly miss collections at my house but my rates have still increased. I have called WM to complain but they have super inconvenient business hours and I am always told to try to call back again some other time or use their crappy website. Not happy with WM and ready to cancel and go with a local competing trash service that's not afraid to drive in the snow, who answers their phones and provides cheaper rates. Why is WM charging more? So you can blow money on useless stuff like being corporate sponsor of the Phoenix Open golf tournament. Stop wasting my money on corporate nonsense and do the job I pay you to do. Ridiculous. WM is terrible...
