I live in Colorado, and was traveling westbound on interstate, 76 and a waste management driver ran me off the road into the emergency lane. I honked my horn and he didn't respond he just kept moving into my lane forcing me to pull into the emergency lane. I filed a police report with CSP. TRUCK LICENSE PLATE BMQ 823 This happened on 7/28 1545. Get this psycho off the road.
