Waste Management [WM] review: What bad service!

My pick up days are Wednesdays. This week the arrogant driver pulled up.in his truck lifted my tote over the top.of the truck, dropped it where it was, in the middle of the street. Yes, I have a pic of it. But yhe most offensive part was he didn't even check to see.of it emptied. He didn't BTW. Its at least 3/4 full. I spoke with a local representative who said to leave it out and they'd swing by the following day. Its now Friday and my tote remains almost full. Again I spoke with a local representative who said she couldnt even find a return email stating when my trash would be picked up. Waste management clearly has no interest or concern about the very people who keep them in jobs. The only upside was a wonderful woman I spoke to. Bless her. She gave me a credit for the complete and total mess up because one driver was too busy to DO HIS JOB properly.

Recommendation: Call around, a lot. Seek service with a guarantee not half done work.
