Waste Management [WM] review: Unecessarily difficult

I want to change my trash service to every other week. This company does not make any changes to one's account or service easy. They require a PHONE CALL for every fing thing. HATE THEM. I just want to streamline our service so we put the trash and recycling out the same day together. Why is this so difficult to achieve? There is also NO way to pause your service easily either. So if you're going on vacation and as everyone knows it's a busy time before leaving, you are going to have to spend some time doing something that COULD BE DONE BY CLICKING A BUTTON. I am calling all my local legislators and chewing them out for making this area a monopoly. Utility services should be government or opened up to competition. One or the other, but a private company should not have complete control over a region. That is some 1st level BS.
