Waste Management [WM] review: Reno trash pickup on Golden Valley

On oct four 2004 3 of my 96 gallon cans were not picked up noted as being too heavy. Weighed can. It was 168 pounds
Called customer service. Waited 31 minutes first time.
I asked the weight limit for the can. I was told 250 pounds. I relayed my measured weight of 168 pounds. I eas told truck can only lift 100 pounds maybe 150. Ok. Then why the 250 rating. No good answer I have had this service for many years. No problem

I noted many cans not picked up at all on spearhead and on brave. My neighbor also had too heavy tags. My can had half full horse poop and some pine needles. Iwe loved our previous driver and understand we have a new one. Our old driver was accused of being too slow. By someone
Perhaps the new driver needs more training. Is the lift not capable of lifting 250 lbs? Perhaps the lift should be inspected and repaired
New driver was late. You could set watch by old driver. Lots of trash falling off the truck as it went down the street

I want my underweight cans picked up or a refund for the week. I want to know how much my can can weigh sitting at the curb
