Waste Management [WM] review: Poor customer service

I believe this is my third complaint, we relocated I reported to the representative, Samir, they have not picked up, I also requested a copy of the agreement, I called (twice) and I am still awaiting for a call back from the representative. Meanwhile I went online and they still have the old address, our dumpster WE had to move they never showed to move the dumpster, and as of today still no call back, no dumpster emptied, no copy of the lease...really dont have any words. Previously at the old location they skipped to pick ups I was told they were going to issue a credit and never happened.
