I have been doing yard work and house cleaning. I have been recording how long it takes to have even just my yard clippings picked up. It has been over a month and no one from WM has pick up my pile. If it is not in their bin they do not care.
I have seen them pick up others piles but not mine... why is this? I should not have to call for a special pick up just because it does not fit in the bin. Why won't their drives report a special pick up required? I pay my bill on time with no questions asked... they could at least provide the service I pay for.

Recommendation: If it does not fit in the collection bin they will not pick it up.
