Waste Management [WM] review: Billing increase

After 10 years of being a senior customer I've been paying 15-17 dollars average every 3 months. I understand that there was a increase 1st of January 2026. But to my surprise I received the invoice 3 months later in March with the increase. I thought if was a clerical error, I was wrong. Now they want me to pay a prorated fee of $18.00, January to March in addition of $70.00 for the 3 month service, plus taxes totaling $99.00. How wrong is this. So I decided to cancel my service and deal with my 1 shopping bag of trash a week and dump it at my friends bodyshop dumpster.
