I am a very successful business owner in Jacksonville Fla I came in your store to exchange a blender., the cashier stated that I couldn't return or exchange the blender because it was over 50 dollars and the store policy is that you cant exchange or return with out a reciept or the card that was used to purchase it. I ask to see the store manger her name was Emeral a team leader. she stated that because of the theft's in the store location this is why they made this decision. all I wanted to do was to exchange the item that was a gift. she was very very rude. she made a statement as if all black people steal and is hoodish. My question to Walmart is why some of your Walmart stores does not operate like this. you all knew when you open this store in this area that people are going to steal, why do we all have to suffer for the bad ones? Its call Greed you cant keep treating all of your customers as if we all are a thief. There are many many honest hood people its your greed put you there. I tried to buy another blender even though they would not return the other one, she told me she didnot have to sell the new one to me she started a argument with me and would not sell me the other one as if she owned the store. That was very unprofessional. she ran off a great paying customer that do not steal. you can tell that customer service is not your priority. your lead person was a poor lead person.
Desired outcome: you need to really have proper training. for your employees ..
