Walmart review: Rude cashier, inattentive manager, ethics committee

I was at store 00747 in Cahokia Il. on 10-22-2021 at appox. 3:30 pm
They only had 2 lanes open. As I was next in line, they opened lane 3. Instead of the cashier saying "next in line" (which would have been me) she took the 2 customers behind me.
One of the customers said that I looked mad and the cashier replied "I don't care".
I then got in lane 3 and put my items on the belt. I did slam one of my items down. The customer made a remark.
I asked the cashier when did they stop taking the next person in line to which she replied "They were behind you". Not an answer to my question.
The cashier handed me my receipt without a thank you, have a nice day, or anything.
As I was leaving the store, I asked if there was a manager on duty. The greeter pointed to a man in a red shirt.
I stood there 10 minutes as he was talking to what I thought was a customer. However, when the girl turned around, I realized it was an employee. From bits and pieces of the converstation that I could hear, it was general chit chat.
At that point I exclaimed "I guess he don't care about his customers either".
When I got out to my car, I called the complaint line. I spoke to Keshawn, explained what happened and he told me the manager of the store would call me within 3 days. I told him I wanted to add that I thought it was a racial issue. He directed me to the Ethics Committee.
I was on hold for about 5 minutes when a middle Eastern man answered. I ask his name twice and was promptly hung up on.
This is the second time that I have been ignored by an African American cashier who waited on African American customers first. The first time was the same situation at the same store.
