Walmart review: Placed order for delivery not received and no response from Walmart

I am a Walmart Plus customer and when ordering online was only give the choice of paying an additional $10.00 for 2 hr delivery even though as a Walmart Plus customer delivery is free then Walmart notified be of a delay in the delivery and now 4 hours later no response from Walmart nor can we reach anyone to see our order. When I called Walmart online they simply say to wait48 hours before calling them. Walmart service is horrible I have spent 3 hours on the phone with them and no response. Order date: Thu, Dec 1, 2022

Desired outcome: $100 credit for my time, deliver my merchandise ASAP
