Walmart review: Management, empty shelves, overall down sliding of this store

Since this Walmart replaced the manager, who had been there since I first moved to Calais, ME, the store has gone down hill. When I first said hello to him... he ignored me... and walked by. So many items are out of stock. For me, it's the dog treats center/ cat food. I have been attempting to purchase my Labradors their Good & Plenty dog bones, and my cat fancy feast cat food. The shelves are Empty! And, this has been going on for a long time! I tried to make a complaint in the store, but, everyone kept passing the buck. The Associates that I trust, and rely on at the Customer Assistance desk like Aileen... who is awesome, were not there when I tried to make a complaint. Then, you go to this charging of bags! State Law? Okay... but, with the billions Walmart makes, it would be nice if there was a bit more customer care.
I used to brag to people in the South, like Georgia, how wonderful this Calais, ME store was. Not anymore. The only thing you have going for that store, is the Pharmacy, and the folks working there. I have chatted with many customers, while shopping at the store. You have a lot of unsatisfied customers, now. Please bring back the manager who was there in 2017, and longer. Bring that store back to the high standards, and stocked shelves, like it was when he was there. Since I have to drive to Brewer, to get my Labradors their Good & Plenty dog bones, I plan on making a weekly trip there. If you do not bring that store back up to par, myself, and many more of your customers, will make that trip, simply to avoid your store in Calais, ME. You used to have an exceptional store, here in Calais, ME. Now, unfortunately, this store is now on the Georgia level... and that, is Horrible!

I used to love shopping at the Walmart in Calais, ME. Now, I am just wishing that there was another Walmart, closer than Brewer, ME, to shop at. And, please, don't blame everything on COVID!
Please, bring this store back to the excellence that it used to be.
