I came to Walmart and use the self check out my son was having a temper tantrum at the timeNeedless to say I was having a hard time I only had four items total. The CSM could see that I was struggling trying to get my son to calm down so she rang the items in for me to type the card and basically hustled out of the store because my son was losing his mind screaming and kicking at the cart once I got home I realized I was double charged for three of my items which is absolutely ridiculous CSM should be educated enough to see their mistakes at least double check with her mom is having a hard time if you're going to help help overcharge us I am very disappointed and I hope this gets resolved quickly I don't have a lot of money as I'm a single parent and this is right before Christmas

Desired outcome: Refund the 3 double charged items in gift card or debit reversalI came to Walmart and use the self check out my son was having a temper tantrum at the time

Take receipt to customer service and they will refund you. Policy is however, and it's standard policy, they will look at the video of transaction being done and verify that's what happened, the CSM obviously wasn't paying attention, could be a new employee maybe?
