Walgreens arizona diet peach tea (can)

I have tried at least twice a week for several weeks to buy diet Peach Arizona Tea (can) at the Walgreens on Texoma Parkway in Sherman, TX...they never have any! Even when it's on sale...none. I have a raincheck which is expired because they do not have this product!
I was told today that a truck will be in tomorrow...guess what, I won't be in town tomorrow!
Getting another raincheck is just one more waste of my time...they don't have this product!

Walgreens prescriptions filled

While at Dr Hannas office today because of a bad radiation burn I sat there while the nurse called in a prescription for silvadene. It was at 1225 and she asked could it be done stat. I called the pharmacy at 350 and was told it wasn't ready and that they had just got the order 20 minutes before which was a lie. The pharmacist was a jerk as usual. We get many prescriptions filled thru Walgreens but never again. We just called in for a renewable script to our primary care doctor and asked them to fill it at CVS in Flagler Beach. This is where we'll be doing all our future business. I know you probably don't care or you wouldn't have such inept help at your store. Thank you Scott and Donna Taylor

Walgreens extra phone transfers by off-site pharmacy techs

On behalf of all healthcare professionals I ask that you stop routing direct calls to local pharmacies to the pharmacy techs in remote call centers. They have never helped with anything I have ever called about; they just transfer us to the number we originally called so we can talk to THEIR tech, who then finally transfers us to a pharmacist. This is inefficient and a waste of time. If you insist on keeping them please set up a different phone number for healthcare providers or a prompt that allows us to bypass this pointless routing. Thank you.

Walgreens unfairly being fired

After 7 days of being hired for the Walgreens Work at Home E-Commerce (balance rewards) Specialist position i was fired due to not achieving a certain score on a quiz! I attended all my training on time, downloaded all required programs with no issues, I was attentive in virtual training and asked questions, i did all that was required of me during this 7 days of training. Upon my 7th day of Training i recieve the following message
"Please call me at my number below upon receiving this email.
Thank you".

I was unaware of what was about to come, Mr Bell informs me due to not recieving a passing score on a quiz i was being terminated! this i feel was very unfair for Walgreens to do to a dedicated worker that appreciated the job they got hired for. Please see my response below:

Like i was trying to convey to you! in all my 58 years i have never been fired from a job..28 years working for ~~~~~ and perfect attendance! a successful Business owner also. During my time in training i have been in attendance everyday! had no computer issues! always was on mute as to not disturb others in class and always professional and asked questions... I guess i am extremely confused as to why i am "FIRED"over a small test? i fail to see what that has to do with providing excellent customer service and navigating systems to help the customer? have you ever listened to me even take a call? how can you say i would not of followed SOP or would not of done 100 percent? I am very disappointed on the reasoning and sorry to say i will be taking my business also elsewhere.

Walgreens your online surveys

Did and online survey yesterday and you said I got a couple gifts I could pick from because we were good customers and Walgreens so I ordered the cream for 795 then I got a call from the fraud department and wondered if it was me placing this order and it was for two of them plus another dollar charge so then I talk to a person at Walgreens and I told them my situation and she told me it was a site that I ordered from that is very hard to get out of and after my 14-day clinical trial they're going to Bill me $102.97 a month I don't want the product I couldn't get the charge taken off my account so I close my bank account I called this morning for this product and they told me it was already in processing and they could not do anything about it well when you go ahead and send me the product I'm not sending it back for $15 and you will not be able to charge my account $102.97 because I closed it I am very disappointed in Walgreens the way they tell you you're getting a free gift for taking the survey of being a good customer and then down the line you find out that you're hooked onto a yearly or monthly product line it might be there in small print but I sure didn't see it and I think that's very deceivable and I'm not very happy with you so I hope this product does not come cuz if it does I'm keeping it and you will not be able to charge my charge, again because I closed it it was the only way anybody would handle it and then when I called today to the company that I ordered it from my bank man told me to do that I was hung up on twice my name is Janet lingle my phone number is 815-962 4 3 2 5 I just find it hard to believe taking a survey from Walgreens would be such a scam

This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready at the scheduled pick up time. I ALWAYS have to call the pharmacy and ask them to fill my prescription otherwise it just stays "in progress". Walgreens employees

I have been on hold now for one hour and twelve minutes. No one will answer the phone at the pharmacy dept or the front of the store. I had a ride scheduled to pick up my inhaler and now I can't go because I don't know the status of my prescription. This is ridiculous. I am enclosing a screenshot of the actual call and how long I have been left on hold. The pharmacy at this location has lost, misused and not filled prescriptions as authorized by various medical providers on multiple occasions for myself, my spouse and my children and grandchildren. Walgreens pharmacy

I was at the drive thru and was told by the pharmacy employee that my medicine would be ready in twenty minutes and sher gave me the price. When I returned, I was told that there was no medicine ready for me, I needed a prior authorization, nobody knew where that price came from, and nobody even knew who I was talking about. I have never worked for Walgreens but I'm due there was dinner type of sign off or credentialing on my account to inform the next person that looks st the account. I am extremely upset at the way my concerns were handled and that nobody was even able to help me. My concerns were not answered, and I have called the location several times and nobody has answered. It seems that everytime I try to get a narcotic filled, I go through some sort of challenge. This will be the very last prescription I will be filing at Walgreens. This is clearly unacceptable.

My doctor called in my prescription on August 20, and apparently they lost it. They said they had a new pharmacist that day. So, I called my Dr. again told them what happened and they sent it in again. I never received it. Why didn't they contact the Dr. on the 20th when it got lost. I am stunned at how inept these employees are. They didn't apologize for their and really didn't seem to care at all.
