Walgreensextra phone transfers by off-site pharmacy techs

On behalf of all healthcare professionals I ask that you stop routing direct calls to local pharmacies to the pharmacy techs in remote call centers. They have never helped with anything I have ever called about; they just transfer us to the number we originally called so we can talk to THEIR tech, who then finally transfers us to a pharmacist. This is inefficient and a waste of time. If you insist on keeping them please set up a different phone number for healthcare providers or a prompt that allows us to bypass this pointless routing. Thank you.
