Vons review: Rude cashier

I was “helped out” by the cashier with the name of Patricia on the vons store located at 620 Dennery road in San Diego, California, at 14:56 , where I had one of many bad experiences by the same employee Patricia that besides of being rude she damaged my food and gave me a really bad attitude just for telling her in a polite way to please handle with care the food because it was going to be messed up, I have pictures that will include , it is not the first time like I mentioned before so that’s the reason I’m filing this complaint. My name is Jearim velez and I always go to the same store but now I’m thinking of changing to another grocery store.

Desired outcome: Something to be done because she is the only one that makes my experience not good every time I go.
