Vons

I purchased 7 of the items offered in the fab 5 section of this week's ad, and I was charged full price... Not the discounted price. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, I purchased chicken tenders and asked for fresh, but was told the ones in the case were only 5 minutes old, but they were barely warm and tasted old! I have been shopping at vons before it was vons and I am disappointed in these low standards that vons needs to address. I m on a fixed income and a careful shopper, so, if my store continues to downgrade itself, I will have to shop elsewhere. Ref#[protected].
