Every time I use the home delivery service there has been an issue with my order. The last delivery on, 10-23-17 was the worse. Not only was I overcharged 10xs the price for one item, I was charged for items that were out of stock, and orders that were listed "on sale" online, but charged regular price on the final bill. To make matters worse when I called customer support the rep, Joanne was the most rude, unsympathetic, incompetent employee. She offered no apologies, but rather excuse after excuse before finally removing overcharges. I will NEVER use their online service again!
