Vons

For a number of weeks, grocery carts are very scarce at the Vons, 1155 E. Twain, Las Vegas, NV, Store #1963. I shop here every week at least once, and I get all my prescriptions filled here. I've been shopping at this store for over 20 years--since they opened. The manager is great, and the employees are wonderful. However, when I walked in the store this morning, there were 3 carts, none in the carousels, and I only saw 2 more while shopping. This has been an ongoing problem for some time, and just keeps getting worse. I've spoken to several employees, and they're at their wits end. They complain and nothing gets done. They told me customers are walking out, which makes sense.

I think this is a stupid and ridiculous situation, and I can't believe it's gone on this long. The first time I walk in this store, and there's not a cart available, Smith's will be getting my business. (And when I'm gone--I'm gone.)

Poor customer service, poor listening skills, unable to glorified the moment of truth. Your staff was running their mouths like motor mouths with some shoppers. While not assisting other shoppers or offering help. My problem sick just got out of ER, was dizzy, unable to find things with easy. All your staff failed me in my greatest time of need. Your cashier told me she was hard of hearing at Vons Twain Las Vegas store. This behavior is high unacceptable. I want someone fired. You can hire better help. The check out ladies were impatient, tired, and I have had numerous instances where they shut off their light and went to lunch.
They refused to check me out after someone had asked me if I could go in front of them. This Vons need to fire their employees and get new ones. Everyone is rude, insolent and extremely terrible at their job.
I will not be going to this Vons ever again thanks to their lack of empathy on repeated occasions! Awful!
