Again got a call from accounts, again another month charged to my account! what the hell vodacome! sort this out now!
First complaint 15 aug 2018, still waiting for credit on my account and you just keep adding charges to my account!

I signed up a few month ago for fibre 20mbs line, vodacom then installed the incorrect line (4mbs) same as what I had at the time! when I phoned to query this, they told me that I completed the application form asking for a 4mbs line! why on earth would I sign up for something exactly the same than what I have and pay double the price cause it fibre! they then appologized and said they would send someone to correct the fault, 2 months down the line, I am still waiting for someone to "upgrade me", I then asked them to cancel the line all together and come and remove their modem and equipment that I dont want! they have not contacted me at all! I received a sms from mbd attorneys today saying please pay r1989 today on your vodacom account to avoid being blacklisted! what the hell? do not sign up with vodacom, its a scam and the service is pathetic, no updates, no calls, no cancellation request, nothing! but they want the money! which I refuse to pay!
I want this bill credited and your equipment removed vodacom!

Have had problems with Vodacom for the last 4 months, have been mailing and calling to the customer care email (everyday now!) address but now I think they are tried to cancel my contract which you did not do until i decided to reverse my money since it like you were doing delibaratly for not cancelling my contract with vodacom so that you keep deducting my money . I am now wondering why you had to put my name in the credit burue for the contract that i had finish paying, i need explanation to this
data bought over vodacom app
On the morning of 2 October 2018, I bought data over the Vodacom App. I chose the Double Your Data option - 1GBx2 for 30 days. When I pressed proceed it showed an error. When I went back into the app to try again there was suddenly 1Gb data and the R150 airtime was subtracted from my airtime. However I did not receive the double data amount. Please assist in uploading the leftover 1Gb to my account as I would not have taken the option if it was only for 1Gb since this will not last me the entire month. I have uploaded screenshots of the data balance currently on my account and the offer I chose.
Please note the offer did not mention night shift.

cancellation of contract
On the 15th August at 11:35am and cancelled my contract it took me 9min 22 seconds, only to get charged again at the end of the month. I then called again on the 4th September at 10:20am and asked why it was not cancelled and was told that they had no record of my cancellation and that they have now done it and I should get a refund within 7 days, this call lasted 11min 49 seconds. Surprise surprise but I have yet again been charged and have called again on the 1st october with no one answering

I have a fibre device with vodacom and the device hasnt been working since it has been installed i have logged many calls but still i have an issue nobody is helping me with my query and its very frustrating i call everyday into the call centre i keep getting told i will recieve feedback but nothing this is my first contract with vodacom and it is my worst experience ever.
vodacom fiber
On 24 September 2018 Vodacom gave me a router and 2 technicians took 30 minutes to configure the router. I was told as soon as my Fiber has been active, I will have internet. I have since called 12 times to explain the Fiber is working as confirmed with SADV. SADV also called Vodacom with my SR number:[protected] & [protected] to confirm my fiber is active. I am sick and tired of call center agents not listening. Each one just logged the call again that the fiber is not working. All I want is a technician to come to my house and investigate why the router is not working. Vodacom cant even pick up their own router! If I don't have anyone from Vodacom to work on the router within 24hrs I will just cancel the contract and move on to a company who is actually interested in helping their customers. This was the worst experience I ever had with any call center and service provider. I have reported this on Hello Peter and will not recommend Vodacom Fiber to anyone. This will also be posted on the community Facebook page to warn people to stay away from Vodacom Fiber.

Number: [protected] - Lephalale. I have bought one gig extra data on 23.09.2018 for R149-00. The girl put the money in the pocket of her jeans and did not offer me the R1-00 change. I went home and the Wifi was not working. I waited and it was still not working. On 29/09/2018 I went in to the Vodacom branch and reported it as not working. They took my number and said they will call me back, which they did not. On 30/09/2010 I went back and I was told after 1hour that I have used the data. How can I use the data in one day if I am working all the time? On 29/09/2018, my payment for the contract went through. My Wifi is still not working. Have I now used all my data yet again? The funny thing is, my data is working from 04:30 in the morning for half an hour. Please came back to me. I am on the verge of cancelling all my Vodacom business.
customer service
I sent in a completed form on 24 August 2018 to have my landline number ported to my new Vodacom fibre line. I emailed again on 12 September 2018 attaching the document again and requested response but still no response to date. I want to know if my number has been ported or not. I previously had the same problem with the porting forms; I phoned twice and every time they say it will be escalated, someone else has to send the form. In the end my contractor sent me a form because I still have not received it to date. Totally pathetic and definitely not any customer service whatsoever.
unauthorized charges on prepaid cell phone
Unauthorized charged of R5 per day since 14 September 2018 appeared on my phone.
As I'm not registered to anything I, d like this to be rectified.
On 27/09/2018 I went to Vodashop Vereeniging to have it fixed.
The guy took my phone and said that it was virussus. He kept my phone for an hour.
When I went for my phone he told me averything was rectified, nothing like that will happen again.

I paid an amont of R200 at the cashier (1HLAR02) as well as R29 air-time.
Unfortunately the R5 went on again. As I'm living quite far from Vereeniging it is impossible to drive there again.
I hope that I can get help from you, if not, I'll have to make an sim-swap to MTN or CellC.

While driving I received 12 sms's sumulatiously, notifying me that i'm a matter of 12 sec my account went from 1gig to r2700 in the red. Out of bundle charges is 89c/mb, so I used 30gig in 12 sec?
And while driving?
I called and reported this, I was suppose to get a ref# by sms, which i'm still waiting for and nobody has contacted me since.

Morning, for the past four days going in and out trying to open my line that has been suspended by Vodacom for no reason, I'm using this number for business and now Vodacom has black out my business because I can't call out, I was told to go to nearest vodacom shop which I did, first i went to Bedford square, the Consultant try everything thing that were told by IT to do but is not working.second I try cresta mall vodashop, they also try but nothing, I was told that lot of customers were affected with the problem, bad news is that they know when is the problem going to be solved, if Vodacom blocked my number and failed to reopen it who is going to know how to open It, I've been using the number for over 10 years the numbere registered with my name, but now when they try to deregister and register again and it says numbered doesn't match with ID, this year alone my sim card was registered three After losing the phone and doing sim swap, I'm very very disappointed because I lost revenue of my small business.
Morning, My name is Wesley, contact number [protected], I'm frustrate with Vodacom service in the IT department, for the past three to four weeks I was receiving, sms from Vodacom to go and register my sim for Rica at any nearest vodacom shop, I went to cresta when I receive first warning, they told me I don't have to worry if ever the number is ricared because the was was sent to most customers, when I receive the third message I went back to cresta mall vodashop again, one lady ask my ID book and prove of address, She said is fine she registers It, On Tuesday morning around 8:am 25 of Sep I receive message that says my number is blocked fo noncompliance with Rica, I was so shock, the message says contact the provider vodashop, I went to Bedford square because because I was close to It, they ask my ID book and proove of resident, she said the system says number doesn't match with ID, I wanted to know how because I've been using the number for more than 10 years, and no one used that Number, this year alone I've registered the sim three times when it was blocked after robbery and you can't do sim swap before registering the sim card, She called the IT department, they ask her to diregister and register again, she try the system keep on telling her same thing.
Was told to go and promised that the IT are busy with It, following day I went back to the shop, she called back to follow up with the reference number given by IT lady at Vodacom rica department, they ask me to wait while checking, I waited for four hours nothing in the shop, by that time I was suppose to be working,
They end up telling me that message for. IT is that the problem affected few customers I'm not alone but they will fix it before 18:00 or early in the morning Thursday I will get a call.no one call until I call the shop, I was told no feedback yet.
I went to cresta mall to try if they can do something after calling a Vodacom customer care, the guy at cresta try to register but the system keep on telling them same thing that numbered to match with ID, I gave the guy reference number that I was given from Bedford square,
He called the IT, Vodacom IT has said they've seen the problem and is with Vodacom, bad news is that they don't know when is the problem going to be resolved, Now stuck with Vodacom Number, my worry is the number is for business use, my business is stuck.
Vodacom can't fix their problems for up to four days now.i can't change the number because I've been using it for a long time and I will loose my clients if I can change number.
I'm frustrated with Vodacom.
We live in a remote area, so have No cellphone reception, No sms reception. My husband went to town last week (an hour away) and tried to phone, only to get a recorded message saying his phone has been suspended. After asking around he was told to go and have it re-rica ed. Pep Stores are the only available option, but they said they were unable to help. So... does this mean a three hour trip (with no phone) to stand in a queue (he is allergic to queues) to re-rica his simcard? Bloody ridiculous!

I took out 2 cellphone contacts with Vodacom in 2012 but the deal didn't go well and both the accounts were handed over to MBD attorneys 2 or 3 years later. I then received a call from MBD Attorneys and I made an arrangement with them to pay R500 every month and the balance by then was over R17000.00. About 5 months ago I demanded a statement from MBD and also requested them to provide me with proof showing that Vodacom is receiving their money on a monthly basis however my request fell on deaf ears. I stopped paying the account in June this year and when they phoned me I told them I will only continue paying once they have honoured my request.What is so surprising is the fact that the account does not even appear on my credit profile. So I'd like Vodacom to investigate this further and advise me if the debt was prescribed and if that's the case I would like MBD to refund me all my money. So far I have paid almost R13 000.00.

I have been threatened from Vodacom and their lawyers for payment from me and I have been paying over Two years on a cellphone contract but still demanding payment from me please help. They demanding payment from me and I have statements that shows that they have been deducting money from me for more than 2 years when I asked them that the contract between me and Vodacom was already more than two years then the lawyers told me I should have called vodacom to let them know that the contract has expired.

I have had a contract with Vodacom before I had to move to area where the single wasn't working, the signal from Vodacom is generally bad. Obviously they continued to charge, would not cancel but not before going to ITC and Experian. I have been listed for many 10 years and below is the rules considering Vodacoms actions.

There is nothing unlawful about a debt collector calling you to collect on a prescribed debt. But the onus is on the consumer to know their rights in this regard,
A prescribed debt may not be listed on your credit profile at a credit bureau.
Debt collectors were harassing me for debt incurred 10 years ago.
A typical example of prescribed debt:
* If no payment has been made on that account for 3 consecutive years and no summons has been issued for that debt within the last 3 years, then that debt is prescribed and you are not legally bound to repay that debt.
try to buy data bundle and every time tells me not enough credit
Good day mr nel here my wife is ussing a phone contract of me and every time she want to put money over in to databundle it tells her not enough crediet (money) availible we phoned in to customer service and they told as there shows a eror but the will take 7days to disolved the problem this is not exeptely we are paying every month and now that we have a problem that is cussed by vodacom we must sit back and wait.I need somebody to sort this out please
cancellation of service
Trying to cancel a data contract that has not been in use for ages.
They confirmed it was cancelled in June but amounts keep getting debited from my account. I have reversed the debit orders and spoken to the collections dept who again said that they confirmed they would cancel in July. They continue to try and debit my account and say that they can't cancel it until I pay the outstanding 3 payments. The last 3 payments should never have been billed as it was confirmed cancelled in June.
Trying to sort this out is like pulling teeth. They say log a dispute on the website...but how the hell do you do that?
My last call was on 21 Aug where they said they can't help me because I can't give them dates and times of the previous conversations.
One assumes that if you get told it is cancelled not once but twice it would indeed be done.

To whom it concerns my mother went to upgrade her contract for a new device and got an exstra device and there was not told to her that her insurance was cancelled so she took the new devices and thought she had the insurance on them as per her word they ask do you want insurance and said yes but only one device was then insured about a month and a half after the device i was using they try to grab from me but didnt get it from as it fall as i tryd to stop them from taking my device it was taken to a vodacom repair centre just to find out that the device does not has insurance and the cost is 3400 rand im not willing to pay that amount of money because of a communication error from vodacom and also couldnt even tell that insurance was canceled if someone could resolve this for me as i want my device back again the device is a samsung a6+ how do you give 2 device but only think of insuring one of them

Saturday the 22nd of October mid morning I went to the Istore inside Sandton city to apply for a Vodacom contract that would offer me 10GB with the Macbook Pro, I was advised that the vodacom system was giving an error, I was advised to run with my errands and I would be updated after an hour or so, an hour later they called and advised that the system was still down. To this date, the vodacom system is still down.
Because I really needed the laptop for things I wanted to do by Monday, I offered to pay cash for the laptop and be reimbursed when the vodacom system had approved my contract, I was told that vodacom would have issues with a laptop that is already in use and that would just complicate things.

contracts don't get cancelled when you call to cancel, Data used for apps not registered for, no feedback from Vodacom not assistance, nothing just arrogant staff and grade 1 telephone manners all they say is I don't know, for the last year of my contract my data is being depleted on apps I know nothing about and when I reported it to Vodacom they changed their story every time a new consultant answered . when I asked for a manager I was told no one is there and on another attempt a team leader said he would call back and a month later I am still waiting . if these calls are recorded how hard is it to LISTEN and not just sit back and get a salary which I am sure comes from some where on my contract

There was fruad comment in one of you branch's that is in cape town table view bayside mall. I am a customer of you for two years and this fraud is my 1ste experience I am going thru with a Samsung galaxy note 9 upgrade on. The next day Samsung galaxy note 9 and all of this happened on the 08, 09 September, but ont that weekend i was working in Somerset-West Mall. It all happen on the 16th of September a debit order went of from my account. The amount was R268.86 that was my first time ever i shaw that amount of my account. The next day 17/09 i phone customer care and the lady that help me ask if i did a up grade or open a new contract and i said no. The lady even give me the number of te new contract that was open on the next day that she use a fruad copy ID of mine. I don't even where she tget the ID from but the picture and the iusse date on my ograniol ID. The evening after work i went too the somerset-west vodacom branch and
then i receive all the info by the somerset west branch. After that i went 2 the police's station to open a case and i do have the case number. Tuesday i phone there branch to let them know fruad is happen in there store. I spoke to the assistant manager on duty and i go the guy name on the slip that help them he's name is emile. I am so piss off with this reason why you staff is not following there policy. You tell me if i open a new contract what deatils must i have so how come can the guy use my banking details with out prove too check it is still the same or prove of address. I this want you to now this was my 1ste and laste contract buy vodacom. I am busing with this case it is email too you fraud department aslo. But I'm going to take vodacom on as well ( fruad).
Guys my suggestion is since they do not take us serious and we are paying for these fees why don't we complain to carte blanche website and get our issues addressed and our money back, this will keep happening and these institutes will continue to bully and take our funds unless we stand up and speak for everyone and get things right .
