Bought 2 phones, bill was $85 higher-wrong. Took them back. Lost my license on trip but have 8 credit cards, Medicare, and bank card with my pic. Told me I could have stolen them and changed the pic. Really? Asked if I would go to DMV without license- duh no, really? Now I have to call the horrible customer service line. Had an appt but still had to wait. Truly an awful experience every time i go there.

Recommendation: Go to another carrier

I agree its been the worst mistake going to Verzon i cant wait to get out of this contract
