Valero review: Negative service

Valero in kirbyville, texas has the rudest staff. I went in to play lottery, scanned both tickets from previous day one was a free ticket winner. The woman at register had an attitude, her name was samantha on her tag. She ran my one ticket and it was a dollar, I told that one I laid on counter was a free ticket winner / I scanned it/ she accused me of trying to steal a ticket, I said check it and u will see, she refused to do it.. I wrote headquarters about this and havent heard anything. Are they doing anything about it. She had no right to say I must have come from a illerirate family. She dont know my family and its her job to serve customers or she should be fired
