I have gotten my u.S. Bank focused card, and i'm trying to activate my account through their website and app. Turns out there is a problem on their end, the next day I tried again it still doesn't work. I've been trying for a week straight to create an account, and these representatives can't do anything at all. Fix the wedsite for god's sake. Also, customer service can't do anything; they don't help at all, nothing at all. I wanted to reorder my card, and it didn't even come at all, so I had to call another time to even get my card ordered. The app doesn't even work at all, too a waste of space on the phone. Maybe you should fix your website and app too of a nonexistent bank in nowhere land. One word I would use to sum what this nonexistent bank is incompetent
Desired outcome: Fix the website for this bank that is currently unavailable so I can create a username and password for my card to set up an account and transfer money to my bank.
