US Bank review: Fraud department / customer service / harassment / hacking

My account is in the negative 5892.72 dollars because it was reported to me that my debit card was being compromised. They gave me provisional credit for the transactions and investigated it but took the provisional credit back and stated it was too late to fix the disputes. I faxed in the paperwork sent to me and the bank tellers or customer service reps told me first I was being mishandled. After this happened to me, the customer service representatives gave me poor treatment over the phone such as holding the phone not saying nothing, mostly African American girls and Mexican females. Also, I was terribly harassed at the 4000 Kietzke Ln 89502 branch by some Puerto Rican, Mexican females and one Spanish male with my bank account and was saying it out loud on a wiretap at my apartment complex, Manzanita Gate in Reno in the parking lot and in my ceiling corridor. This was around the time George Floyd got killed. My money disappeared that day, too. The same happening such as the bullying at Nevadan Towers and Reno City Center with cashier/clerks. I had to phone the district manager of US bank. A large Puerto Rican, Mexican female with long brown hair was saying racial slurs and work as a teller at the branch including I always have problems out of this community bank. She was threatening me in the stairwell leading to my apartment and stated she had a gun because I reported her and she got fired. I believe this bank is manipulated by its workers and they hack customer's accounts and follow you home. They let this white male transgender hack this bank for profits with golden blonde to brown, tall stature with medium to long hair (skinny to medium built). Cyber stalkers and killers. Hacking, wiretapping, and stalking has been a problem for me since then at every apartment complex there's hacking going on because of this bank. Please help.
